Lækker ny-renoveret lejlighed midt på Amager med stort lysindfald. Tæt på KBH centrum og tæt på metroen. Lejligheden fremstår i lyse farver og er fuldstændig renoveret. Der er 2 soveværelser med trekvarte senge og et skrivebord med siddeplads. Køkkenet er lyst og funktionelt med ovn, kogeplader og køleskab - særdeles veludstyret. Der er også en dejlig stue med sofaarrangement og spisebord , samt TV. Bad og toilet ligger for enden af entréen, som samler hele lejligheden, der ligger i stueplan.

Lejlighed tæt på strand og by

Lækker, lille kælderlejlighed (30kvm) i stort hus fra 2018 i roligt villakvarter. Gåafstand til Amager strand og metro og 15 min på cykel til København Centrum. Nyd en getaway for to voksne evt plus en ekstra person. Madras kan lånes. Lejligheden er en del af vores hus, men med egen indgang. Vi vil derfor evt være hjemme til at tage godt i mod jer og sørge for et dejligt ophold. Lejligheden har alt, hvad der skal bruges; køleskab, service, ovn, mikroovn mv. Adgang til vaskerum efter aftale.

You’ll be close to Copenhagen’s most beautiful landmarks, making it easy to explore the city’s rich culture and history. You also have a direct bus line from the Airport to the front door. Steps from the waterfront, you can go for a swim or enjoy the floating sauna nearby, like a true local. Our flat has a spacious living room, cozy bedroom, and sunlit dining area with a balcony.

Denne unikke 1-værelses lejlighed på ca 45 m2 er perfekt hvis man sætter pris på æstetik, funktionalitet og komfort. Lejligheden har lille køkken, bad/toilet, brændeovn og er meget lys uden gardiner. Sengen er 120 cm. bred. Gratis 3-timers parkering i kvarteret eller jeg kan ansøge om gratis licens for flere dage (kræver bil nummerplade og i god tid). Lejligheden ligger 500 meter fra stranden og 50 meter fra Lergravsparkens metro og har 5 stop til lufthavnen og 3 til centrum.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
