Oyano City is a 10-minute drive from the villa, and there is a government office, supermarket, restaurant, etc. 25 km to Nagabeda Seabed Road and the ONE PIECE statue in Sinbe. You can also enjoy marine sports such as beach play, fishing, kayaking, and SUP, as you have access to the sea from the premises. Kayaks are available for rent. The living room window overlooks Amakusa Bridge and the triangular harbor. We have an electric stove, chairs and tables for barbecues. We renovated a 160-year-old traditional house in 2023. The total site is 700 tsubo (2300 m ²), and the building is 170 m ², making it very spacious. While it is an 8-minute drive to Kumamoto Castle, it is a cottage where you can relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The garden is full of trees and flowers, including a large camphor tree that has been there for over 160 years, black pines, Japanese maples, and bamboo forests, so you can enjoy the trees and flowers in all seasons. The host lives in the adjacent building, so you can feel at home. Take a big, deep breath and refresh yourself from the heart. ●Here’s what you need to know · There are many mosquitoes and insects because there is a garden with many trees. If you don't like insects, it may be difficult to enjoy. The facility is located in a very quiet residential area. Please refrain from having loud conversations in the garden or on the deck after 8 pm.

It's also great for stargazing at night. It was originally created as a vacation home in Kumamoto. We opened this facility because we liked the mysterious landscape. I think it will be very satisfying for those who want to relax. * Currently (April 1, 2025) the hot spring is not available due to a failure of the underwater pump, so we will be using heated tap water. Thank you for your understanding. There is currently no expectation of resuming. * If you are having a barbecue, please bring a net (40 × 60 cm), charcoal, lighter, and seasonings. * No condiments are available at the facility.
