We had another great time at the property! We returned for the second year, as last year was superb. We had an amazing time again. We loved the hospitality, the premises, the cleanliness, the responsiveness. The host has spoiled us! It is rare to find all those in one place and to also get what you see in the pictures. It is a place where we relaxed and felt at home. The hosts made us feel at home. The location is perfect and we had privacy, space and all the amenities to make it enjoyable. The space is great for families of all ages. Thank you for taking such great care of us and we look forward to coming back next year. Thank you!!!

It was a great time at Maria‘s place. The house is beautiful, super clean, very modern style and perfectly located on the island. The hosts are super friendly and always try their best to meet your expectations and they will do anything to give you the best stay on this island. Highly recommended!

One of the best. The villa is beautiful in every way. Anastasia and her sister were super helpful, they were able to set up a boat tour for us very last minute and gave us great recommendations. They even called the restaurants they recommended ahead to make sure they were open. The breakfast was superb. Everything was home made and delicious. 10000/10 recommend!

Had a great stay at Euphoria Hill Villa. Dionisis was very helpful throughout, always on hand if needed. The villa itself is beautiful, amazing views and completely private/peaceful. I would highly recommend booking this property!

We recently spent a few days at Mama's Sunshine Garden Villa. Our impressions are excellent! The house is spacious, well-maintained, spotless, in very good condition and with all the comforts of a real home. Comfortable bedrooms have beds with good mattresses, excellent air conditioning and electric shutters that all together favor enjoyable sleep for the most demanding. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped and the wi-fi is excellent, even on the most remote side of the garden. The decor with works by Mrs. Gogos Tsitsos (the owner's mother) gives a special touch and personality to the accommodation, which takes off from the lovely garden with the many different and tastefully organized corners. A big plus of the accommodation is its location away from streets and other sources of noise, but two steps from the surrounding villages with essentials shops, taverns and incredible beaches. We loved Agios Andreas and Skafidia, but the other beaches were also very nice! We ate very well at Fotis' tavern, at the bar-restaurant above Skafidia, at the Kima tavern in Katakolo - and we also enjoyed the variety of meat dishes on the beach of Pyrgi. Our favorite ending of the day was in the coolness of our garden, surrounded by greenery, listening to music under the stars without anyone disturbing us or disturbing anyone. I kept for the end the special reference to the owner, Mr. George Tsitsos. The warm welcome he gave us on arrival, as well as his interest and help throughout our stay, were truly remarkable! When we arrived, he gave us an extensive tour not only of the accommodation but also to the surrounding villages, to show us where we could shop, eat, and how to get to the beaches. He also gave us very good recommendations on where to go, e.g. the amazing beaches of Agios Andreas and Skafidia. With his help, our short stay was certainly organized in the best possible way. Finally, a special mention to the galaktoboureko that his mother made for us, who proved that apart from being a remarkable artist and decorator, she is also a wonderful confectioner! We thank Mr. Tsitsos and his mother very much for our truly unforgettable stay in the little piece of paradise they built in Agios Ilias! We highly recommend the accommodation, to which we hope to return soon!

Super nice villa in a good location to reach everywhere within minutes. It's super clean and you have all equipments to have a perfect stay. 100% recommendation!!

Initially the communication with Eleni was excellent. Immediate to our questions, he gave us all the information about the house very polite and friendly. In combination with the welcome we had from Mary & George, it really made us feel like part of their family. The house is a place that seems to be crafted with passion, with attention to details but also with great taste. Lovely garden with beautiful flowers everywhere, well cared for natural lawn and details that made your mood. Absolutely functional, with everything you may need to be at your disposal, divided into two levels and each with its own large bathroom. For those who like baking there is a functional bbq with a dining table for endless hours of relaxation, in the garden area. Two beaches accessible on foot within 3-5 minutes, great for children and a beautiful quiet neighborhood, for rest and family holidays. Eleni, Mary & Giorgos, Thank you so much!!

Superb family holiday centred around our stay at the villa. The villa is really well finished, air conditioning throughout, and an excellent range of appliances (per the description). The pool was perfect for our young children (both under 4 years) and was warm enough to stay in for hours, yet cool enough to escape the sun's heat! Having a rental car gave us quick access to beuatiful beaches and excellent food options. There are also supermarkets/grocery stores nearby so you can also lock yourself away for a quiet week in the villa with relative ease. Finally, the welcome, service and attentiveness of Angelos and his fmaily was first class. We genuinely can't fault them or our stay. Would happily revisit and would recommend to families or couples.

We had the best time in Bedrock,loved the peaceful atmosphere and being surrounded by the olive trees.The villa was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated.Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home!Spiros communication was seamless and he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.He provided excellent tips on local eateries and beaches.Airport transport was arranged and the host was flexible with our checkout time. Spiros stocked the kitchen with essentials and welcomed us with a delicious wine, fresh fruits and water.All essentials were provided and fully equipped. The villa is safe and well located, short distance to the beaches and tavernas. You can hear the sound of waves from the villa at night. The pool was maintained and the villa got cleaned up couple of time during our stay. Azurro Beach House is paradise! What a fantastic place. We are a family with four small children and this place has everything! Super nice sea, large pool, tranquility, beautiful house, great view. Everything was great! The sea is also really nice blue and we thought it was even more beautiful in person than the pictures! We really had a very happy vacation! What a great place!

This place was so cute. Made one feel we were in a luxurious Greek getaway. Private fence and pool. Huge rooms and family room. comfortable, clean, and hosts were kind. Definitely recommend

Spyros responds very quickly with his business partner. When I texted, 1 or both responded within a minute. Everything was clear and were open to questions regarding activities. The pre-arrival emails with suggestions for activities and restaurants have made our vacation even better! Price-quality ratio is gold and I would book with Spyros again in a heartbeat. The host Dimitris was so welcoming. He also supplied us with Greek goodies on arrival. Incredible views from all the 7 seating areas outside. We didn’t want to leave - 5 stars is genuinely not enough

A well designed and situated house for a few families to relax. A few local Tavernas and beach 20 mins walk, apart from that it’s in the middle of the forest with views of the sea. A stunning retreat house. The house was like a five star hotel, natural, stylish and modern interior. I would not change a thing. You need a car to explore the wider area and for days out to areas with more life. We visited banana bay, zakynthos town, Laganas (for a boat hire trip). Locally Nikos taverna was great, we ate there twice. Thanks for a great holiday!

The accommodation was really fantastic - right by the sea, with access to the water via the stones. It was very quiet, the kitchen equipment was sufficient for 6 people and the pool area invited you to relax. Communication with Martha was very friendly and helpful - she was very interested in us having a relaxing time. So, all in all, an absolute recommendation!

We had an amazing stay at this very spacious villa in Argassi with a group of 22 people. The place was perfect: well-equipped and with plenty of room for everyone. Makis was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making everything smooth from start to finish. The villa is in a quiet, secluded area, offering lots of privacy, but still within walking distance of some shops. For beaches and attractions, you’ll need a car or transport, but that’s expected given the peaceful location. Highly recommend for large groups looking to relax and enjoy Zakynthos!

We had a great stay at this beautiful place! Everything was very clean and well maintained, so we felt comfortable from the beginning. Spyros was incredibly quick to respond to any messages and was always friendly and helpful. We would like to emphasize Maria – a very, very nice lady she was always there very quickly if anything came up. Everything was just right and we would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended

Dritan and has family made our stay for our honeymoon amazing! Noelle has decorated and meticulously cleaned every corner of the house and provides fresh linens and towels every other day. They have ample kitchen supplies and two balconies. The backyard is a dream for someone to read or lay around pool surrounded by olive trees. They were readily available for any request and inquiries regarding the town or things to do. I would highly recommend staying at Dritan’s place!

We stayed here for our post-college graduation trip and had a fantastic time. The property is beautiful and Nikos is very helpful and a lovely host. He always gave us great recommendations and came to check on us when needed. The area is beautiful. We will be back!

Spent a long weekend there celebrating a hen party with a small group of friends. The house had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. There’s was a beautiful outdoor space where you could spend most of your time relaxing by the pool. Would definitely stay again

fantastic villa. slept 4 adults and 4 kids. villa was lovely and had most things we needed. there is 2 villas this and a grande villa. we were the furthest one on the drive!! We had the best holiday. Although 10 minute walk to main strip we never heard it. Beach is a 17 minute walk. There is a Spar at the end of the road. Panos resurant is definatly worth a visit. The food was amazing and so good value for money.

The villa was exactly as described. It was very clean, including the pool and outdoor area, and in a great location with nice restaurants and shops just 10 minutes walking or 2 minutes by car. But what truly made our stay special was the host and her family. They were the most caring and thoughtful hosts I’ve ever had. Their response time was incredibly fast, and they were so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us amazing recommendations for activities and rentals and went out of their way to make everything go smoothly. They truly made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended!
