Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and authentic farmhouse dating back to the 17th century located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany. The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional local style of old Tuscany: ancient wooden beams, terracotta floors, and unique furniture. In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a large swimming pool on a panoramic terrace at your disposal, overlooking the valley with breathtaking views of vineyards and olive groves, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Poggio del Fattore is situated at the eastern edge of the Chianti region in Valdambra, a green valley that joins the lands of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The farmstead is on the top of an hill and lies at the end of a long private road through a large olive growing estate; therefore you absolutely need a car. The breathtaking landscapes and the location of the villa offer the privacy needed for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and a perfect departure point from which to explore central Tuscany.

Close to Siena, Val d’Orcia and countless hot springs . A private paradise surrounded by divine dining and hilltop jewels of antiquity like Montepulciano and Montalcino of sublime wines.

Apartment consisting of 1 comfortable double bedroom (2 single beds can be provided on request), equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom. TV, BBQ, (if necessary, we provide a washing machine from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., which is located in our laundry room). A car is recommended as we are in the countryside, so you can be self-sufficient and so you can visit the magnificent Tuscan countryside as well. Free parking and wifi. A wonderful place to spend a few days in pleasant company. A large living room with fireplace where you can relax after returning from beautiful walks, bike rides, and excursions. The independent apartment is 15 km from Siena, 20 km from the Thermal Baths and 40 minutes from the villages of San Gimignano and Monteriggioni. Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.

The accommodation is nestled among the beautiful hills of Valdambra surrounded by medieval towers and castles and the silence of nature. It is located in the triangle between Florence, Siena and Arezzo, easily reachable by car or train. The apartment consists of a kitchen/living room (with a sofa bed for one person), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Large garden with the possibility of eating outdoors.

Lui non esisteva, è stato ricavato in un angolo della grande casa in cui chissà quante persone della stessa famiglia vivevano. Per questo è diventato il nostro piccolo Nido, la casa da cui partire per scoprire il borgo. Non un piano ma addirittura due, con tanto cotto, legno e colori caldi.
