The Rioni River flows in front of the house, and there is a forest behind it. The yard is so expansive that you won't want to leave. I enjoy all seasons, but May and June are particularly special because the yard is covered in fresh green grass, and there is a lot of greenery and a wonderful sense of calm.

The property is located in racha, village Kvatskhuti, beautiful sights, the real Racha, near is river Rioni, mountain views, fresh air, there is also stadium and attractions for kids. The neighborhood is awsome, very nice and helpfull people. If desired, there is neighbour which can take the order of national dishes.
