This accommodation has just been completely renovated. Very quiet. Lots of activities nearby (equestrian, hiking, cycling, various shops).

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Nestled in the countryside of the country of Bray’ you will discover a terroir rich of local producers. All amenities are close by. On the Impressionist road, halfway between Paris and the waterfront, there are many opportunities for getaways ( GR, greenway by bike, Lyons forest). Rouen is one hour away and the Normandy coast in continuity. The cottage is self-contained, next to owners' house.

Charming accommodation in the old school of Martagny. A small peaceful village on the edge of the forest near Lyons-la-Forêt. On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art. On the ground floor, a wine cellar offers nice little dinners and welcomes you on Friday and Saturday nights.

ATTIC ROOM with independent entrance via the external staircase. It is equipped with a KITCHENETTE to make a "simple kitchen" and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The attic room with exposed beams is above a part of the house. You can enjoy the garden behind the house. Gisors, 4 km away, where you will find: shops, supermarkets, restaurants. I have a garage to store bicycles.
