Beachfront holiday rental in Amed

Wow! My kids said it best when they walked in “I didn’t know Balinese style can be so beautiful”. And on the last day, they asked if we could come back to “the most beautiful AirBnB” they have ever stayed in! The Balinese styled pool is just stunning and water is always warm and inviting . We love lounging by the pool, listening to the coos of the birds, and relaxing (much better than any beach club in Bali!). We enjoyed breakfast at Mewali 2 min walk away, and sunset walks 5 min away at Seseh beach. Check out Alus Warung or Pantai Warung Seseh on the beach around sunset time nearby too. Location is so tranquil yet only abt 12 min away to the trendy shops and restaurants of Pererenan. What a wonderful stay with friendly staff. We felt really well taken care of and safe throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sri who is always kind, and very responsive! It was such a restful stay and we love to be back!

The older colonial home had lots of space and privacy. It was perfect for our family of 4. The local staff were the best selling part and were who we dealt with on a daily basis. They were helpful in sourcing some items that we required and even produced them at local prices. They supported with orientation of the area, sending out laundry, purchasing fresh fruits, and making breakfast daily. They made up rooms in the morning and then were out in no time, leaving us with privacy. Wonderful staff.

Great place, amazing view! Everything was excellent, especially Wayan! Lots of thanks, I recommend those property for anyone who wants peace, privacy and comfort!

Excellent acceuil ! La maison est encore plus agréable que ce que l'on pouvait imaginer. Merci encore de nous avoir laissé profiter de cette dernière matinée en nous autorisant un départ retardé. Les petits ont pu faire un dernier cours de surf ! Merci également à Mahé qui nous a préparé d'excellents petits déjeuners !

We recently stayed here with our 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we all loved it! It was a short walk up heaps of great restaurants and shops and there was also a supermarket only 5 mins away. The apartment was very spacious and clean and the service was amazing. Highly responsive hosts and I can’t wait to book another stay one day soon!

Arrived to be welcomed by Villa Manager Lenny who looked after Us during our stay. Lenny gave us a great introduction, refreshing welcome drink & remained our main contact during our stay. Lovely Private Villa in a peaceful location yet close enough to the main areas. Lots of great Cafes, shops, mini marts & options for groceries with Pepitos just up the road. Villa itself was well equipped, clean, fully air conditioned & very comfortable. Great big lounge with multiple electrical points which was very handy. Bed was big & comfy. Kitchen was fully equiped & the water dispenser was a great touch. Garden area was lovely, peaceful & relaxing with a fantastic clean pool, outdoor dining area & daybed. Although staff were always available our privacy was also respected. Lenny cooked us the most wonderful breakfast on in the morning. Will stay here again for sure ! Thanks you :)

A beautiful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Amed was quite a quiet place, but there are some restaurants and cafes nearby. A few things to bear in mind – the bathroom is outdoors which is cool, but may mean seeing some creepy-crawlies. Also, the Villas do not seem to be named on maps yet, so taxi drivers may have trouble finding it. Overall, we loved our stay here. Would definitely stay again!

Our one week stay at Dani’s place was most enjoyable and relaxing. The home is set in beautiful, lush surroundings & garden, with lovely views of Mt. Agung from the rear patio. The home is very well set-up and equipped- loved the coffee machine - and well maintained. The pool was most welcome and very well used. Dani’s cooking was a highlight, with different delicious dishes each night and a beautiful breakfast each morning. Highly recommended 😀

Was super beautiful nice and quite as not on Main Street but super close to everything!! Just a walk away cannot wait to come back here highly recommend

We have just had a wonderful 12 night stay at Erlin's Villa. This our second visit to the villa having first visited in 2022 and I was concerned that the villa may not have weathered well over the last 3 years given how fully booked it always appears to be. I need not have worried, Erlin and team manage the villa to a very high standard, there was no discernible difference in the quality of the accommodation from 2022 to our 2025 visit. It is clear that every effort is made to maintain the villa to a very high standard and our stay was made even more special by the cleaning team's daily visits to service the villa for us. It was great to see Canggu prospering with more restaurants in the locale than in 2022. Erlin's villa is within short walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops, laundries etc. The villa and it's facilities are exactly as shown in the pictures and we will be sure to visit again in the future.

Most incredible villa in Bali! Wow what an amazing experience, from start to finish Anna was so fantastic with communication, all the staff at the villa are so lovely and Annisa is a fantastic host! Unfortunately my husband wasn’t feeling very well before we arrived at the villa and got worse during our stay, however the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! Organising a doctor to visit the villa! We also had the most incredible massage! The best we have had on our trip! We also had a private barong performance at the villa which took our breath away! Everything from start to finish is amazing, the food is fantastic and having your own private beach is just perfection! We can’t wait to return! Thank you for having us! X

Nous avons passez un séjour extraordinaire, tout le monde était au ptit soin pour nous, l’hôte nous a trouvé un scooter en 10 min top chronos à prix très raisonnable, pareil pour des taxi abordable et fiable. Ils sont pleins de bonnes discussions et de bonne recommandation pour les activités à amed. Merci encore à eux !

A Hidden Gem in Amed, Bali This villa exceeded all expectations—the photos don’t do it justice. Surrounded by majestic mountains and facing the ocean, waking up to the sound of waves was pure bliss. The setting is surreal, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. The staff were attentive, and we were greeted with a lovely “Happy Holiday” floral arrangement upon arrival. The villa offers massages indoors with professional massage beds and has full night security, ensuring safety and peace of mind. A major highlight was the direct snorkeling access: while others paid for boat drop-offs, we simply walked down the stairs and dived in! Snorkeling gear was conveniently provided at the villa. Breakfast, included in the stay, was served fresh each morning based on our preferences. A stocked fridge was available for a $$, though guests with kids may wish to request the removal of alcoholic beverages Overall, an unforgettable stay—beautiful, convenient, and serene. I’ll definitely be back!

We were very happy about our stay there. It is a beautiful house in a dream location. Very close to local authentic life and the kindness of balenese people. Sabine was great for the first steps and the. Wayan, Komang and Iluh took over and gave us a 5 stars service. Definitely recommend !!

Loved Villa Sansil. Exactly as described but even better in real life. Nyoman and the team took such great care of us. The food was fabulous and everything we needed was an easy ask. Nyoman helped us book a boat trip which was a brilliant day out. The dogs are gorgeous and really added to our enjoyment. WiFi was exceptional. Highly recommend and can only say positive things. I would definitely go back.

I wish i was articulate enough to describe this property, this was a surprise for my partners 40th Birthday. When we got there she was totally overwhelmed in what she saw to a point she had tears in her eyes. This accommodation did not disappoint in any area it was amazing. Exactly like the pictures advertised, it was breathtaking. Beautifully furnished attention to detail, stylish and elegant. it was so calming to wake with just the crashing of the waves in the sea to hear and the sounds of nature around you. Along with the most incredible and helpful staff to assist you during the stay made this so perfect. We would just spend hours at night listening to the sea and looking at the stars at night and in the morning greeted by an incredible view and having breakfast cooked for you by the staff. the villa was kept spotless as it was cleaned every morning a fantastic accomadation a fantastic loaction a fantastic set of staff and a fantastic host who simply could not do enough for you.

Our stay at Ketut’s was wonderful. They were always responsive to any questions and the housekeeper was friendly and very helpful (also keeping the place lovely and clean!). Location was great, not too far from restaraunts while quiet and peaceful in the evening. From our balcony we could watch the local life going by on the water. Great stay for longer timeframe as it’s lovely and self sufficient! The only challenge was that the AC wasn’t working great and in the middle of the day it was too hot to rest. Ketut was always responsive though in trying to fix this situation. Thanks Ketut for being a wonderful host.

Très belle maison, confortable, propre, située dans une zone très calme avec un accès rapide à Canggu, une plage d'accès facile et rapide, bar et restaurant a proximité. Sans oublier la terrasse pour de bonnes sessions de calme à profiter de la piscine. A recommander pour un séjour confortable et agréable. L'accueil est à la hauteur des prestations.

I recently stayed at the Villa, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The location couldn’t have been better — close to everything we needed, with beautiful surroundings that made our trip even more special. The villa itself was immaculately clean; it’s clear that the host takes great pride in maintaining a high standard. What really set this stay apart was the host’s responsiveness. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless. Any questions or small requests we had were handled quickly and kindly, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Overall, I can’t recommend this villa highly enough. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’d return in a heartbeat!

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden hier, vielen lieben Dank! Das Zimmer ist riesig und wunderschön eingerichtet, die Mitarbeiter sind wie in Bali typisch unglaublich nett und freundlich und die Anlage ist einfach ein Traum. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr ruhig, für andere Zimmer können wir natürlich nicht sprechen. Eine kleine Anregung an das Team: Ein Ganzkörperspiegel wäre noch super :-) Wahnsinnig gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Große Empfehlung.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Pantai, more a mansion than villa. Plenty of room, spacious bedrooms with wonderful balcony with sea views. The pool area is perfectly tidy thanks to Wayan and her team. Daily breakfast by the pool was a highlight and a great time to chat to Wayan for her local knowledge, her warmth, charm and hospitality undeniable. Location was great as it’s an easy walk to everything you need. I sleep with earplugs but the road noise is present but the sounds of waves equals it out. Had some great local food at Warung Bintang. Joglo has me dreaming of Pandan Pancakes with coconut caramel, both a must to visit. We were very sad to leave, my third trip to Candidasa as I’m in love with White sand (Virgin) Beach one of the best in Bali. Highly recommend staying 5 stars!🌟

Dieses Baumhaus war so unglaublich schön! Es ist nicht viel, nur das, was man wirklich braucht. Aber der Blick ist unbezahlbar – perfekt, um Sonnenaufgänge zu beobachten oder einfach nur die Natur zu genießen. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit; alle Anliegen wurden möglich gemacht. Das Essen war fantastisch lecker, besonders das Curry können wir sehr empfehlen. Es gibt auch viele vegetarische Optionen! Wir empfehlen, mehrere Übernachtungen einzuplanen, denn der Ausblick ist so atemberaubend, dass wir selbst am vierten Tag noch immer staunen mussten. Einfach toll!
