Vanuit onze woning wandel je zo het Randenbroekerpark in, en binnen een paar minuten sta je midden in de binnenstad. Natuurgebied den Treeck is om de hoek en wil je groots vertier opzoeken dan ben je met 15 minuten treinen in Utrecht en ruim 30 minuten in Amsterdam. Meer weten? De bus stop direct voor de deur en brengt je binnen 10 minuten naar het station. In de directe omgeving liggen mooie parken en binnen 10 minuten loop je de bossen in.

Our house is from the 1920's but renovated to modern standards, including floor heating and a modern kitchen/bathroom. This house is very near to the beautiful and large national park 'de Utrechtse Heuvelrug' (5 minutes walk), also nice for kids and dogs. The city center of Amersfoort is a short 10 minutes bike ride (two bikes included). Utrecht is 15 minutes by train. The train station is a 5 minute bike ride. Also the 'dierenpark Amersfoort' (zoo) is a 5 minute bike ride.

Luxury tiny house by the lake

Waking up relaxed. With your cup of coffee or tea overlooking the lake from the veranda. The children take a dip in the clean, cool water. They float on surfboards or play on the beach. Enjoy this luxury cottage (2023). A spacious Auping bed 160x210 with luxury Auping mattress awaits you. The cozy center of Vathorst is a 5-minute drive away. Amsterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort can be reached within half an hour. There is a train connection from Amersfoort Vathorst station.

A lovely 1930s house, a 10-minute walk from the historic city of Amersfoort. 15 minutes drive from the center of Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam. Being together and doing business from there. That is our life motto and you feel it... Enjoy our house as we enjoy it! There is a wood stove, WiFi, trampoline, climbing tree, vegetable garden where you can eat, air conditioning, lots of sun in the garden and toys for 2 to 10 years old. (or WiFi for the 10+ year olds :).

In this centrally located accommodation, everything is within reach. From the house, you are in the woods in 5 minutes walk, 5 minutes walk to the city center. There you will find various shops, restaurants and terraces. In 20 minutes walk you are at the train station where you can take the train to all other cities in the Netherlands. The house is stylishly furnished and all the amenities a house needs are there. The cat you can see in the pictures lives in the house.

At the cozy Overbos park in Hoevelaken you can enjoy being outdoors, swimming in the clean natural pool, paddling on the lake, etc. House 88 is best suited for 2 adults and possibly 2 children who are not too young. Unfortunately NOT suitable for 4 adults. See description of the space. Entire weeks are rented from Saturday 3:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM. Pets/indoor smoking PROHIBITED. NOT FOR RENT FOR WORKERS AND FOREIGN STUDENTS!! Not allowed in the park.

A handy layout and custom-made cabinet wall make for a super complete guest house.
