We offer private independant living with your own private entrance. Unit does not have a stove it does have lots of kitchen gadgets to make almost any meal. There are no added cleaning fees. The 1 bedroom apartment consists of a queen size bed, a full kitchen and bath, seating for 4 in the living area, a dining table, bar seating, and a small outdoor patio space. The apartment is fully detached from our house and above the garage. There is a smart TV and WiFi as well as Air Conditioning and on site parking for one vehicle. This is a pet and smoke free apartment.

"Luella's Little House" is a beautifully renovated century home nestled in Parrsboro NS. This charming house is a stone throw from the community's inner harbor where bass fishing , boating abound as the World's Highest Tide floods the harbor. It's a short 7 minute walk to First Beach with its spectacular view of the lighthouse. A 10 minute walk gets you to Main St which is budding with new life with its shops, brewery, bakery and eating establishments. The house is equipped with Netflix.
