Welcome to rent an architect-designed cottage with high standards and large terrace facing south. The cottage is located 250 meters from Sandviken sandy beach. In Östergarnslandet there are farm shops, restaurants, cafes and hiking trails. The accommodation The cottage is 56m2 with open plan kitchen and living room. Around the whole cottage runs a generous wooden deck with several seats. There is one double bedroom, sleeping loft with two single beds and living room with double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped the bathroom has a shower.

With us you live rural and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

Vårt hus ligger precis vid kanten av en 20 meter hög klippbrant. Fantastisk utsikt, skog, strand och hav, allt precis runt hörnet. Du kommer att älska vårt ställe på grund av naturen och tystnaden. Vårt boende passar par, familjer på 4 och ensamäventyrare. 3 sängplatser (180cm, 120+90cm (våningsäng). Området är bilfritt och gäster parkerar 300 meter från huset (undantag incheck) med lånecyklar+lådcykel (el) att tillgå. 80kvm stort, 2 sovrum + 120kvm uteplats och 25kvm inglasat uterum med kamin.

Secluded cabin on separate plot for overnight stay for 2 people. Take a walk 500 meters to the sea and enjoy beautiful stone and sandy beaches. Very calm and pristine area for those who like lovely nature experiences and to enjoy the tranquility that nature offers. It is close to cafe, restaurants and convenience store within only a few kilometers. The accommodation has electricity, water connection as well as its own outdoor toilet and outdoor shower.

Welcome to our cozy stall and our place on earth on the east side of Gotland, where stress and everyday routines are a thing of the past. Here you live easily with the sea as a neighbor. But there is also the former fishing camp, a few cottages and permanent residents and our animals as neighbors. Here you go to swim, walk or just enjoy this beautiful nature. In high season, it's a little more here, but low season you can basically be alone.

A home that offers stunning nature with trails, both in the forest and by the sea, perfect for cycling, running and walking. The house is walking distance to Åminne havsbad where there is a nice sandy beach, restaurant and children's pool. The house is fully equipped with a large terrace that invites to barbecue evenings and relax. Please note that cleaning is not included but the house should be cleaned properly before you check out.

Doutzen's house is really great. I've traveled a lot but it was one of the nicest I went on vacation. We stayed here with two families and there is lots of space for everyone. Particularly beautiful is the large kitchen-living room with large table and sofa, the large garden and the extra living room, where you can also retreat to read. The central location of the house on the island is also beautiful, so you can discover Gotland in all directions. The communication with Doutzen was great too! Thank you so much we had a very nice time!

We had a pleasant stay. The cabin is small but has all the comforts you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and 2 bedrooms upstairs. The terrace is pleasant and the environment very quiet. A special mention for the presence of bikes! We were able to take a nice tour around. We recommend!

We loved our family vacation in Gotland at Catherine’s beautiful house. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the back yard with the play equipment and the children’s toys/ books in the house. We were sad to leave the property and would highly recommend this airbnb! Catherine is a friendly and hospitable host.
