A group of 7 had a wonderful time here, very relaxed and easy by taxi to main town. villa was lovely and any issues dealt with quickly. Recommendations would be a bigger welcome pack and more shelf space and check a items worked so they didn't need reporting. Did not affect our enjoyment, it was extremely clean, massive, pool clear and gorgeous and views immense.

Absolutely fabulous pool and out door area for a family to enjoy It's worth hiring a car but only £15 euros into Aya Napa if you want to go out out We requested a high chair and cot for our 9 months old grandchild and they sorted it out for us no problem The beds were changed for us also pool was cleaned 2 times while we were staying. They let us pay the deposit in uk pounds and gave it back to us in full no problem Highly recommend I would defo stay again Thanks so much Christina for helping us for all our needs

We had a fantastic week at the villa - it’s beautiful and ideally located. The house is spacious with large, comfortable bedrooms and a great-sized pool that we really enjoyed. Luxel Villas were excellent to deal with: responsive, helpful, and professional throughout. We would definitely recommend them and would love to return! We didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful villa. Very private. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Host offered help on organising trips , additional cleaning if needed and there was a number provided before we travelled in case we had any issues checking in. Host was reactive and replaced a broken toaster straight away. We ordered a welcome basket as we were arriving late and it was there as expected when we arrived with essentials. The pool is enormous but jacuzzi doesn’t work - didn’t bother us. Pool was cleaned during our stay which was great. Plenty of utensils in kitchen. Plenty of towels, sun beds etc provided. I agree with the review that said about next doors air conditioning unit being a bit loud. But not loud enough to really annoy. You could still hear the birds in the trees. Would certainly book again.
