Guests are welcome to fish, swim, and paddle the canoe and kayak around the lake. The lake is well stocked with bass and bluegill. Great place for a family vacation and pets are welcome too! Starlink WiFi provided. The property is 45min north of Mississippi State and 30min south of Tupelo.

For a change of pace, 2 kayaks & a canoe are for your enjoyment!

The house has been thoughtfully furnished in a fun, midcentury modern style. The beds are very comfortable and the master bathroom has a giant shower and separate soaking tub to enjoy after a long day. Please note the house is close to the famous downtown train so you may hear the engine horn at night.

It has a outdoor bar area, as well as a fenced in yard. We have card/ board games, cornhole boards, and a fools ball table. There's enough fun for the adults and the kids.
