Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

This accommodation is perfect for couples, couples with one small child, solo travelers, adventurers and business travelers.

Πρόκειται για μια σουίτα επισκεπτών (22τμ), 150μ από την θάλασσα, χώρος ανεξάρτητος από την υπόλοιπη μονοκατοικία, με χώρο στάθμευσης, μεγάλη αυλή (συνήθως έχει γκαζον),καρέκλες και ξαπλώστρες. Διαθέτει μπαλκονόπορτα ασφαλείας με κλειδαριά, σίτες και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα και στη νήσο Πρώτη. Η σουίτα είναι το ένα απο τα δυο μέρη της μονοκατοικίας, τα οποία είναι προς ενοικίαση. Είναι κατάλληλο για 2 άτομα και 1 βρέφος (δωρεάν σε παρκορεβατο)

Σε απόσταση μισής ώρας από το κατάλυμα μπορείτε να βρείτε τις φημισμένες παραλίες Βοϊδοκοιλιά, Χρυσή Ακτή και Ρωμανός (costa Navarino) όπως επίσης και τη Γιάλοβα όπου υπάρχουν πολλά εστιατόρια και cafe-bars! Το αεροδρόμιο της Καλαμάτας και η Πύλος απέχουν απόσταση 45 λεπτών από τον ξενώνα. Ένα πολύ όμορφο αξιοθέατο είναι και οι καταρράκτες του Πολυλίμνιου οι οποίοι απέχουν μόλις μισή ώρα από το κατάλυμα μας.

The place is part of a two house building. On the upper house you will find the owners of the farm (our parents) and the lower house is the one that will be available for the entirety of your stay. Each house has a separate entrance and the courtyard is available to everyone. There is ample parking space as the house is located within an olive grove.
