Amazing stay, had lots of fun and great area!

Our excellent experience with the Hosts began before we even arrived, and their hospitality was superb throughout our stay. Tryfon was most responsive to any questions we had. Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

The place is beautiful inside and out! Amazing house and its location is very convenient! We will definitely prefer it in the future!

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Spent 7 days the location was amazing. Had family dinner on rooftop. Definitely recommend staying here. Will be back.

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!

A lovely and very spacious up-scale apartment. Very modern and fully smart- automated. Giacomo was always responsive and helpful, which I very much appreciated. Excellent location, short walk to the shops and restaurants in Glyfada, but also tucked away from the busy streets. Short walk to the beaches, and I loved the walking path near the shores. This apartment is a cut above the rest and deserves its high price.

Having stayed at several places in this part of Athens, this apartment is the best one. Impeccable layout—roomy, uncluttered, plenty of space around furniture. Natural light is suffused, relaxing, but if you prefer a bright environment, there is plenty of excellent lighting in all corners to suit all needs. Perfect kitchen: breakfast bar a superb feature for comfortable eating and resting/accessing personal items (bags, boxes, books, etc.). Double bed with good-quality mattress, cupboards with loads of storage. Bathroom shower water-pressure really good, too! Excellent location, short walk to metro. Neighborhood quiet and peaceful, friendly neighbours, which added to the ease and comfort. Parking not easy, but manageable. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, functional, thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Everything was in great condition. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions. A perfect base.

I really enjoyed my stay in Athens. The studio is very cosy, reminding me my university period. It has everything you need for some days in Athens. The bed is comfortable and the neighborhood is so quiet. Nasiou is polite and friendly. Just you need to pay some attention when you arrive, the next building has the same address number and locker. Nasiou sends fotos. The correct one is exactly as them. In general, I would choose her again for a next trip to Athens. Thank you 😊

We had a great Stay here, a great flat, in a great location for things to do locally and to get on public transport and get out and about. Vassilis was really helpful and communicative, often providing us with information before we even even thought to ask for it! We definitely recommend it, and would gladly stay again. The apartment was great! Very nice, comfortable and convenient, in an extremely central part of Athens, with public transport within walking distance. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, tidy and ideal for anyone visiting the city. Natalia was kind, friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. He responded promptly and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, an excellent experience that I highly recommend!

If youre thinking about booking this apartment to enjoy Athens then do it. What a fab little place! Its within walking distance of the centre of Athens (just) and there's lots of local shops dotted about near it. It was very clean, and the view on the terrace.. wow. Breathtaking. The apartment had everything you need to enjoy your holidays. There was only a few bits that let it down.. now i know you dont go on holiday to watch tv, but after walking 30,000 steps during the day it would have been nice to be able to sit on the sofa, pop the tv on and relax for half an hour. It wouldn't work. No signal. Also the door handle on the main door falls off, easy fix to pop it back on but still panicked thinking I'd broken it. And a little advice.. please tell us how to use the washing machine in the handbook. That would have been a handy addition to our stay. But overall Maria was a fantastic host and i would definitely recommend staying here. Fantastic location and fab price. 9/10

Good place in a great location (minus the difficulty of finding a parking space). Hosts were very easy to talk to and made sure that we had everything we needed. House had everything anybody would possibly need. Would recommend!

We had a great experience at Suzana’s place. The apartment is stylish, spacious, and very cozy—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Suzana was incredibly helpful and provided clear instructions, making the check-in process smooth and convenient. We were traveling by car, and it was great to have the option of covered parking nearby or street parking. The location is fantastic: there’s a beautiful park with a large playground just a short walk away, which was ideal since we were traveling with a baby and a dog. All the main historical sights are also within walking distance, so it was easy to explore the city without needing a car. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!
