Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
