Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Amsterdam-Oost

We were traveling by bike and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly hostess. Thank you very much for this great start to the day. We felt totally comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). Actually a real insider tip, ....psst,but don't tell anyone :-) Thank you, Inge and Ben for the great time! Thomas & Astrid

Haico’s place was amazing! It was so beautiful and private! Felt like we were in a fairy tale! Haico and his family were so friendly and helpful! The Airbnb is right a bus stop which takes you in and out of the city! Will definitely be back! 🥰

We had a lovely 3 days weekend in the tiny house. It is so cosy, so quiet , so … everything ! A real nest. Nothing is missing to have a great moment. It is very well situated and the bikes and parking space are an appreciated plus. Lida and Remko are really fantastic hosts. It has been a real pleasure to meet and spend time with them. If we could rate more we would for sure , but only 5 stars then Do not hesitate to book , you won’t regret We highly recommend the tiny house

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Joost was an amazing host to me and my family! It was the first time that we were traveling abroad with our 11mo son and he made us feel right at home- even had a travel crib set up upon arrival. The location is very convenient - right above a coffee shop which Joost gives vouchers for :) very walkable and overall great space!

Everything is great, nice cozy accommodation. Very rustic and close to nature, a beautiful wooden cottage. Thanks to Astrid for the nice stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Albert’s guesthouse! Albert was incredibly supportive, responsive, and friendly throughout my visit. He even picked me up from the bus station at midnight, which I truly appreciated, and kindly lent me his iPhone adapter. The guesthouse is beautiful, full of natural light, and surrounded by peaceful nature. It’s in a great location—quiet and relaxing, yet not too far from the city. You can even use one of the bikes parked at the property to explore the area, or bike to the closest bus stop which is 10 minutes away then take bus to Amsterdam central station, the bus takes around 15 mints. The place has everything you need for a comfortable and refreshing stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the city for a while. I will definitely return in the near future—thank you, Albert!

The apartment is very centrally located. We had bicycles with us and could reach everything in up to 10 minutes. The apartment is very nice and clean. Alex gave helpful tips and the correspondence was quick and easy. Would love to come again anytime.

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. Everything was as expected and went smooth from check-in to check-out. The communication was very good as well.

We had a great stay at Toby's. The apartment is just as described in the listing (and the photos), nice and light, clean and tidy, comfy bed, nice living room. Bathroom is on the small side but thats Amsterdam for you. Location is perfect for us as we want to be out Oost but public transport to other parts of the city is very easy too. Toby is a great host - very communicative and flexible re check-in etc. 10/10!!!

This is the most beautiful AirBnB I ever spent a holiday in! So many beautiful, thorough details, so much warmth, aesthetics and life in this flat! Very impressive and easy to enjoy every second here. In a very central location of east Amsterdam, but with a quiet an beautiful terrace on the backside of the house even. You need to climb some really steep and narrow stairs, but it’s luckily on the first floor and not further up. I would love to come back and stay a little longer!!! Great host - very nice and kind and flexible with adapting to our changed schedule. So good! Highly recommend!!€

A lovely home away from home in a quiet but accessible neighbourhood. The place was exactly as described, and while it’s away from the centre it was very accessible with the nearby tram and metro stations. Would definitely recommend the stay.

Max is incredibly helpful. The apartment is modern, stylish and in a great location for visiting Amsterdam. The streetcar is just around the corner as is a market and numerous restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and warm – you felt welcome from the first moment. The breakfast was excellent and prepared with a lot of love. Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront home. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this place!

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Wonderful space! Beautiful interior, very well equipped for everything you might need over a long weekend stay. Marina was lovely, very helpful and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable, location excellent, every part of the space is well thought out and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.
