This elegant apartment is ideal for a couple. Recently refurbished with premium materials, it offers a relaxed and contemporary stay. The flat is set on an upscale shopping street next to a park. All parts of the city are easily reached by public transport, with a stop directly outside the building. In summer, the whole apartment is filled with light, and the spacious balcony enjoys sunshine all day. All other amenities, including supermarkets, cafés, restaurants are within a five-minute walk.
