Our house is centrally located and ideal for those seeking relaxation and nature lovers. The apartment is located at the end of the private road belonging to the house. The apartment has been lovingly designed with souvenirs from our seven-year world trip. Many of the details have a story that we are happy to pass on to interested parties on request. The apartment offers the possibility for vacation, relaxation and creative work. Furthermore, we offer "Impulses for partnership" on request.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday for couples or families! Large garden with a small house, BBQ terrace, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor shower – perfect for enjoying the open air. Public pool, hiking trails, cycling routes, and other activities nearby. The sunny apartment, renovated in 2025, offers 72 m² of comfort for 2–4 guests and is fully equipped. A fifth bed can be added if needed. Washing machine in the basement is available for shared use. Not available for contractor groups.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Conveniently located 2-room wonder

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. Close to the train stop yet quiet. A full-fledged remote workplace in the middle of a fantastic area. A bedroom/working room/chillout room including shower and sink are waiting for you. The 2nd (front) room invites you to linger. Sleeping arrangements: 2 adults or 2 adults plus 1 child (There is a surcharge from the 3rd adult). An espresso machine dispels sorrow in the morning. Bicycles can be locked up.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

The tiny houses in Ertl in Lower Austria in the beautiful Mostviertel offer accommodation with free Wi-Fi. The tiny house offers a terrace to relax with beautiful countryside views. Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. During the relaxing holiday stay you can hike, cycle, ride and much more. Haag Zoo, Buchenberg Waidhofen/Ybbs, Stift Seitenstetten, Sonntagberg and Solebad in Göstling are beautiful places to visit.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

Vacation home on the Ybbs

Cozy vacation home on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and a hot tub for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideal for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, completely fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with dogs. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

“Temporary apartment”: living in the city center. This perfectly designed apartment (34m²) offers all the comfort you need. The modern eat-in kitchen forms the centerpiece. The cozy sleeping area is also located here, cleverly concealed behind a stylish room divider. The bathroom, including WC, can be reached directly via the entrance hall. Special highlight: a spacious communal terrace enhances your life in the middle of the city.

The Holzknechthütte is located at the back of the Breiteneben forest estate and is ideal for retreating to work or for spending a cozy weekend for two. Experience the combination of a luxury mini chalet stay and a nature camping excursion under the open starry sky. Dogs are welcome. Spend a night under thousands of stars. Sleep well and safely in your cozy bed. Bathe in a wooden barrel!
