Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Anaconda

Joshua was a pleasure to work with, a very personable and prompt communicator. The home is welcoming, spacious, comfortable, well appointed and in a very quiet neighborhood. Philipsburgs neighborhood streets are unpaved and I recommend taking an extra pair of shoes for outdoor use in wet seasons. I would stay here again any time. Thanks Joshua!

Clean and comfortable home very close to Philipsburg. So peaceful and quiet with beautiful views. Generous bag of delicious cookies was the cherry on top!

Our 5 night experience at Ray's property was exceptional. We will be returning again. The cabin/home is exactly as described. It is clean and super comfortable. There is ample space to spread out ... with extensive amenities for a longer stay. The furniture was all VERY comfy. The WiFi worked well. We used the BBQ grill and ate outside on the deck almost every night listening to the river. Ray was really helpful and responsive with a variety of local suggestions. The property is located in a gorgeous part of Montana ... and is a great base from which to explore the areas in and around Rock Creek. We enjoyed watching and photographing the local Big Horn Sheep ... some of which we could watch from the deck. There are a few restaurants in Philipsburg and one small grocery store ... which is about a 20 minute drive. A larger selection is available in Anaconda (40 minutes ?). Try the Pork Chop sandwich at Peppermint Paddy's. Yummy. You can do no better than this rental. Just book it.

Great place to stay! Cozy, 1 bedroom house in uptown Butte. Very clean! The area seemed safe. Perfect for two. Convenient amenities (washer/dryer, stain remover, dishware, zip lock bags). Great water pressure and the shower heats quickly. The full kitchen is perfect for travelers with food allergies who can't dine out easily. Comfortable bed. Cute/nice decor. Responsive host. Thoughtful presentation. We would definitely stay there again. Notes: 1) The primary heater makes a screechy/whistle-like sound as it ramps up, every time it cycles on. It's tolerable, but be advised. 2) Like many historic homes, this house is noticably off-level. Someone with balance/mobility challenges may find themselves unsteady on their feet. It slopes from the living room (high point) downward to the bathroom and bedroom areas (lower points). This is not an issue for an able-bodied person, but is noticeable. 3) There are a few (easy) house rules that aren't shown/listed on the website.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view of the lake from the house was breathtaking. We found the location to be relaxing if wanting to just hang out and enjoy the sites or within close proximity to fishing access or public docks. The house is stocked with lots of games for kids and adults. Great for bird watching and we saw a lot of other wildlife too including deer and a moose. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We hope to be back for another stay in the future. Thanks for having us!

We absolutely loved this space. There was lots of room to relax and talk, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with anything we needed, the beds were comfy, and our kids had so much fun playing with all of the amenities provided. Thank you so much for sharing your home. We especially loved the handwritten notes from your kids to ours.

McKinley and her parents were fabulous hosts that went above and beyond to make my stay in Butte enjoyable and easy. I accidentally left my purse in the house after check-out and they jumped into action to confirm it was there and help me reclaim my very important belongings. I would absolutely stay here again, the house was adorable and the location was a beautiful walk towards downtown with coffee shops and restaurants a mile or less away. Thanks again for a fabulous stay!

We needed a place to stay for an extended period of time. In addition to that we have a cat. Tahj was immediately responsive and very accommodating. He and I had some issues with airbnb during the reservation process, but Tahj was quick to get it sorted showing he has a very professional relationship with airbnb and cares about his role as a host. He was on-site at check-in and showed me around, offering excellent tips to help us enjoy our stay. The apartment is furnished with all the comforts of home and many special touches. I loved having the deck and spent hours out there during the summer months. Tahj is a Montana native, not an out of stater running an investment property. He knows his neighbors and everyone I have met has only the kindest words to say about him. He truly cares about being the best host and we are eternally grateful to him for his hospitality.

I loved my stay at the house, it’s my second time staying there. It’s a beautiful place and has the best view ever! Heidi and Hugh are wonderful attentive hosts! Hope to book again!

Very clean and comfortable Airbnb! We were passing through on our trip home to Canada so this location was perfect for this stage of our trip. Dawson was very responsive and helped us out with a booking error as well! Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked.

Savannah is a great host. It was so peaceful and relaxing there, and the house was very clean and welcoming. She has everything you could ever need and responds quickly.

Felt right at home. Nice neighborhood! Right in the middle of the city with everything around you.
