Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Anaconda

Amazing place close to all the action in Butte. I had a very comfortable stay here.

Imagine a great location I. The heart of Anaconda. Then throw in a great new, two bedroom condo. Fully stocked kitchen and with new appliances, great TV’s in all the rooms. I could go on. For example a block from the Brewery and just over a block to one of the best restaurants in town. Thoughtfully done with everything you could need!

My wife and I really enjoyed our quick stay. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Everything went smoothly with check in and parking. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Richard was a fantastic host, he let us know we could check in early if we chose to. When we arrived there was a little gift bag with snacks and hand crafted soaps. All around an awesome trip.

It’s centrally located, so I was able to explore all the highlights of Butte with ease—great restaurants, unique shops, and local attractions were all just a short walk away. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The blend of vintage charm and modern convenience made it feel like a true home away from home. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly and quick to respond. If you’re looking for a unique and convenient place to stay in Butte, this uptown gem is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay. So many cute boutiques and restaurants within walking distance. We mined for sapphires at Gem Mountain and went zip-lining at Anaconda Zip Lines. It was a great weeekend. The house was newly, adorably remodeled and very nice.

Awesome alternative to staying in a hotel. Not many options in Deer Lodge so this is definitely a great find. It was perfect for my trip and I will definitely be staying again.

Comfortable stay, good facilities, and very responsive and helpful host

Our 5 night experience at Ray's property was exceptional. We will be returning again. The cabin/home is exactly as described. It is clean and super comfortable. There is ample space to spread out ... with extensive amenities for a longer stay. The furniture was all VERY comfy. The WiFi worked well. We used the BBQ grill and ate outside on the deck almost every night listening to the river. Ray was really helpful and responsive with a variety of local suggestions. The property is located in a gorgeous part of Montana ... and is a great base from which to explore the areas in and around Rock Creek. We enjoyed watching and photographing the local Big Horn Sheep ... some of which we could watch from the deck. There are a few restaurants in Philipsburg and one small grocery store ... which is about a 20 minute drive. A larger selection is available in Anaconda (40 minutes ?). Try the Pork Chop sandwich at Peppermint Paddy's. Yummy. You can do no better than this rental. Just book it.

Staying at one of Allison’s properties is always a great experience! This time, the deer came right up to the window—they were so cute and friendly! The first night, I even woke up to deer in the yard, which made the stay feel even more magical. Another huge plus is how clean and well-prepared everything is. You can tell they don’t cut corners—there were plenty of towels and blankets, a fresh sponge for dishes, and even the bath mat was thoughtfully laid out. It felt truly comfortable and welcoming. Everything is easy to find thanks to the well-organized welcome manual, which makes settling in effortless. Whenever I’m looking for a place to stay in Montana, I always check out Allison’s properties first because she has so many great options to choose from!

Fran was an OUTSTANDING host: kind, thoughtful, responsive, and available. The apartment was as completely described: spacious, unique, comfortable, and located near great restaurants (O'Donnell's and Saturday Donuts, to name a few) and walking trails (Montana's Copperway). Stunning views from rooftop terrace. Staying at Fran's was like staying at a close family member's/friend's place. Check in and check out procedures were uncomplicated and clear. Can't wait to stay at Fran's again!

Great condo unit that’s been nicely renovated. Excellent location in uptown walking distance to coffee shops, also across the street from sheriff office so very safe.
