Completely renovated in Feb 2022. Feel like a DC resident instead of a tourist in a basement suite with separate entrance & HVAC & covered off-street parking space. The suite has a kitchenette and sleeps four between a queen size bed and couch that pulls out into a full size bed. You also have a dining are, full bathroom, and washer/dyer. Take advantage of the free DC Streetcar to ride to Union Station and all the exciting dining and drinking destinations on H Street NE.

Sam and Jamal were two of the most accommodating people I have ever done business with. They were very responsive, very helpful in getting me a parking pass at the last minute. They even left us a local beer in the fridge for when we got there. Lots of places to go around there all very easily walkable and a very safe neighborhood. The inside was beautiful and everything we needed and more was there for us. Hands down the best people and one of the best places I have ever stayed. Will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at Autumn's place. The neighborhood was beautiful and we enjoyed being able to walk to daily mass at the neighborhood Catholic Church, which was a real treat for us! Autumn was very responsive and accommodating to all of our questions and requests. We had groceries delivered to make breakfast a few mornings and that was really nice. Her place has all the amenities we needed for our stay. Finally, this was the easiest checkout experience we've ever had using AirBnB!

Had a great stay with Lula. The unit is just as described and the bedding is rather comfortable. Very easy access to everything DC via scooter/bike or ride share. The area of town is under development, but there are some part that did not seem the safest. This is coming from the fact there was a shooting two blocks away. My wife and I walked the area during the day with no issues! Even with trouble in the area when we were there, we would absolutely repeat the stay!

There is a grocery store and Dollar Tree in walking distance which was helpful for buying snacks. The apartment was very clean, A/C was wonderful, and comfortable to relax in. Pictures matched exactly to what was promised.
