Very quiet & wonderful place at seaside Zyghi

My flat has view to nature & sea. It is very sunny & decorated. Includes: bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedside tables with their lampshades, mirror, many cabinets. Kitchen connected to the hall, cooker & refrigerator, kitchen & electrical appliances. TV, Wi-Fi, roundtable, 6 chairs, 2 big sofa beds. Bathroom-WC. Hot-cold water, air conditioning all over the house. You need 3 minutes walking to reach the sea, 20 minutes to reach Zyghi harbor, where you can find serviceable fish taverns & markets.

A Larnaca Kiti village central traditional bungalow. This little stone unit is stunning at every angle. Combined beautiful elements make it a unique and cozy space, elegantly furnished for an inviting stay. We are located a street away from Jackson's. Traditionally built around a courtyard shared by two other bungalows. If you would like a traditional 'Cypriot' experience... It's here.. and so easy to relax and enjoy our little sanctuary. I highly recommend hiring a carfor our location.

The beach is 150 metres away (famous beach of mazotos) where you can kite surf and there is also a fish tavern.Transport is needed as Mazotos village is 2km away and from city larnaca 20 minutes.The airport is about 12 minutes from house. Kiti village is about 8 minutes from the house and there you .can find everything you need LIDL/cafe/shop/fast food wifi aircon available supermarket delivery from app.

Thank you Andreas for your attitude, hospitality, willingness, generosity, care, energy and time you gave us, although renting your beautiful property is primarily fun for you and not a business that would make you fed.. you gave us so much attention that it touched us. you completely charmed us with your heart, humanity and character.. thank you. The world is such a beautiful place to live in because of people like you. At Andreas's accommodation there was a technical problem with the pool and we were offered free accommodation, hotel accommodation and free accommodation for the next visit when everything is working. Andreas paid us a five star hotel on the beach for all of us (3 fathers and 5 children). Andreas invested much more than we would have paid him, he invited us all to dinner, personally drove us with his wife to the hotel and to airport. We still can't believe that we met someone like Andreas.. Thank you Stepan & Lola Tomas & Laura & Vanessa Ondra & Viki & Sebastian

A very pleasant experience. The house is spotless, clean and well-equipped. The pool and yard are amazing with a partial view of the sea. A wide yard invites you to play sports in the evening. Quick check-in and check-out, and of course Lefteris was available for any request.

Natasha's place was great.It was peaceful, beautiful, and I was able to relax with my family.We got gifts like wine in the fridge, Cypriot coffee in the morning, and a lot of kindness.The friendly cats and pool also made our best memories. Thank you to the couple for their hospitality at a reasonable distance.

I stayed here for just under 2 months and had a lovely time. The apartment and the complex are well and actively maintained. Everything was as advertised really, supermarket within walking distance, nice and quiet neighborhood, close to a very calm beach (at least in winter). Julia is just a message away in case anything is needed and is proactive and very quick to respond! Would definitely stay again :)

I had a very good experience at George's place. From the very first time that I reached out his son Harris was very responsive and answered all the questions that I asked. I had an inconvenience (not related to the place) and Harris was quick to support a request I made. For me having a kind and understanding host is key when traveling to a foreign place for the first time. The apartment is comfortable and has everything needed for a short or long stay, and everything works fine. As other guests have pointed out, you will need a car to stay here if you want to travel freely in the region, and the place may not be luxurious or very new, but that's the case with all places in the area, and this one is clean, functional, and it does the job perfectly fine.
