It is an old house built 221 years ago in the center of Tsumagojuku.The 20-tatami living room has an irori fireplace (currently unusable), and you can enjoy an old Japanese house.There are three bedrooms, so you can accommodate large groups with family, friends, etc.There is no food provided.You are welcome to use the full kitchen.At the end of the dirt from the front door, there is a backyard where you can wander freely.There is wifi and an automatic lifting table, so you can work remotely for long stays.Please have a relaxing time in this quiet old house.We look forward to hosting you ！

It is a 10-minute drive to the Komagatake Ropeway bus stop, making it the perfect location for mountain climbing, skiing, and learning about Japanese rural life. Sake and miso factories are also close by. The altitude is about 700 m and the stars are beautiful at night if the weather is clear. We also offer free bicycle rentals (2 bikes) for those who wish. The hosts are an Italian and Japanese couple who can speak English, Italian, Chinese, and Japanese. Why not come and visit an Italian family in Minamishinshu?

The location is ideal for visiting Nihondaira, Mihonomatsubara, Kunouzan Toshogu Shrine, and other sightseeing spots. It is also close to Shimizu S-Pulse home stadium (IAI Stadium), making it ideal for watching soccer games. Rooms are equipped with two single beds, a kitchen (with cooking utensils), bathroom, toilet, and loft for your comfort and relaxation. *Normally, there are two single beds, but for reservations of two or more people, we will lay out a futon in the loft to accommodate them.
