The apartment is perfect! has everything in the kitchen, spices, pots, dishes, etc. There is a filter with chilled water at will. Equipado tbm with a centrifugal washer and a floor and ceiling clothesline. It has a legal mto space for children. Good bathroom, warm water in the shower. The wi-fi served us very well during the stay. The condominium is quiet and very quiet, and I found it close to the airport and the shopping mall Bosque Grão Pará. Well located. All bed sheets and towels were clean and smelling. Franklin is very attentive to his guests and knows how to welcome people very well, he was very kind. With absolute certainty, I say that upon returning to Belém, they will be staying again in their apartment.

Apartment in a great location, close to several tourist spots, you can do many things on foot. It is well ventilated because it is on a high floor, but it still has a fan and air conditioning. The AP is very spacious, with very large rooms, living room and bathroom, and very beautiful furniture. You just need to do a better job with the cleaning in general, the bed linen and towels were very clean. The AP is great, but it needs some maintenance and a little more care. Ah! The view is beautiful!

The house is a simple and comfortable place, it has a very well-equipped open kitchen, all the appliances work. There is a patio and a balcony to hang a hammock and relax. An amazing beach just 500 meters away, practically deserted. But best of all is the human quality of Bruna and her partner, nice and sensitive people, giving tips and advice for a better stay. I felt cared for by them.

The location has an excellent location, being located in the vicinity of important commercial points, such as a Líder supermarket, a Yamada unit, a Drogasil pharmacy, in addition to having several options of restaurants, bakeries and bars, which contributes to its attractiveness and ease of access.

Quiet Checkin, even arriving at dawn due to the time of the flight. Portaria answered quickly and had the key a disposicao. The same happened when we needed to arrive by car (which had been registered the sign at the entrance). Good location, close to basilica and with a supermarket and posted on the same block. Há tbm cafeterias and local restaurants nearby. Of some complexes it has been located for 15 minutes, which also facilitates locomotion.

We spent 11 days in the apartment, and we loved the stay, we felt totally at home. Clean, safe environment, wonderful view, in addition to the condominium providing us with a great leisure area, with swimming pool, park. We loved it and would definitely return on another occasion, because in addition to the points I mentioned, it is close to everything we need, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, shopping… And the host was super helpful!

Always quiet and cozy

I can't imagine a better location to stay in Belém. Everything was close, I spent little on Uber. It was close to pharmacies, bakeries, bars and restaurants. I did everything on foot. In addition to being close to the Peace Theatre and also to the Basilica of Our Lady of Nazareth. It is next to a 5-star hotel, and I found the streets safe in the vicinity. The apartment is very large, great for being with the family. There were pastries and liqueurs waiting for us as a courtesy. Vera also left drinks and food available in the kitchen, and the table of values if we need it, all with fair values. The apartment is super ventilated, but also had air conditioning in all the rooms. At the end of the stay we need to leave the suitcase somewhere since our flight was the night, and Vera helped a lot, always responding quickly. If I return to Belém, I intend to stay there again.
