This home is absolutely magical. It is in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing location right on the beach. The back sun room and deck are the perfect place to spend your vacation. The home is a short drive to many great restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful view, very relaxing to listen to the sound of the waves from the balcony, watch the sunset, and contemplate the moon. The beach is just steps away and super quiet. The apartment is super comfortable and clean, you feel right at home!

Maria was an awesome host. The apartment was perfect, great views, right next to the beach and close to the areas I was visiting while traveling the Island. If you want an awesome place to stay while visiting the West of the Island, Marias Place is the one to choose!!!

what a great experience! the unit was clean , organized, had everything we need the balcony and the sunset were awesome! it was a secluded place, I like how I spent alot of down time reading and reflecting also it's close to everything supermarkets,and they have a organic supermarket the coffee pot was also clean! most Airbnb has a old coffee pot that you don't even wanna touch ,this is one was clean ! my over all experience was well worth my money can't wait to be back in Puerto Rico!

Location was great, we were able to swim/snorkel right out the door! They were very responsive and when the key broke in a gate lock they responded immediately and had another key for us and we didn't miss a great of vacation. Well stocked kitchen. We would definitely do another family stay there!

As far as beach stays go, you can’t beat the views and access Bill’s place offers. It’s also so close to town and everything you could possibly need during your stay in Rincon. We loved waking up and jumping in the water and morning tea on the porch. We had some questions during our stay and Bill was so quick to respond and resolve any issues. He also gave us some great local recs. Thank you Bill!

Came with a group of friends for a trip. Amazing place to stay. Literally right on the beach and it was beautiful. The check in was super easy and everyone there was super responsive. Much more of a chill/private vibe. Highly recommend and 100% will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Rincon and the villa. The villa matched the description with a beautiful view of the Caribbean from all rooms. While it matches the colonial decor, a few fixtures and finishes could use a refresh. That said, none of these things impacted our great experience. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

We had a great time at Brenda's apartment. She was very helpful and responsive. Having the beach just a few steps away was awesome.

This 2BR is perfect for visiting the Rincon area. 1 block from the beach, 2 blocks to walk to restaurants and cultural activities, and 5 minutes to the marina or dive shop. The home is pristine, secure, with all modern amenities, equipped kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, beach bag, …, whatever you need. The unit includes 1 secure parking spot for a small car.

Our stay at Latitud 18 was absolutely wonderful! The location is peaceful, beautiful, and just steps away from the ocean — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Bill was an outstanding host from start to finish. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure we felt right at home. Communication was clear and easy, and all his instructions were super helpful. We truly enjoyed every moment and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in Rincón — 10/10 experience!

We originally booked two nights at Maritza’s house but ended up extending our stay to four because we enjoyed it so much. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware and essentials like spices and olive oil, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the home cool and comfortable throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras, like beach chairs, towels, snorkels, and a cooler—everything we needed for days out by the water. I would gladly stay at Maritza’s again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. What truly made this experience exceptional was Mark himself. He went above and beyond—offering great local recommendations, checking in just the right amount to make sure we were doing well, and even welcoming us with a thoughtful personal touch. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean was pure magic. WOW! All I can say is I’m so happy I chose to hold my outdoor wedding on this BEAUTIFUL property. Chris was extremely accomodating and very helpful since I was planning my wedding from the states. He allowed me to have family members on the island come and tour the airbnb before we went through a contract for the wedding. Leading up the wedding he assured me the property would be taken care of in terms of landscaping, beach clean up, trees trimmed, etc. Papo is an EXCELLENT property manager and attended to every need we had no matter the time! It gave me peace of mind knowing he would take care of any issues we had! We had endless compliments from our wedding guests that the property and airbnb was beautiful. It’s truly a special place to get married. My husband and I will definitely be coming back to soak in all the fun and memories made at Villa Boquilla. Although May in PR is hot, it was still worth it! The sunset on our big day was magical. Thank you for having us Chris and Papo!✨

We chose Mara’s listing for the deck and beautiful location—and it did not disappoint. The view was absolutely spectacular. We ended up skipping many of our planned activities simply because we enjoyed being at the house so much. We fished right from the deck, kayaked, snorkeled, swam, and soaked in the stunning scenery—all without leaving the property. Mark was incredibly friendly and super responsive throughout our stay. The home was exactly as described, and the area felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying here and truly hope to book again someday.
