Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Anastasia Island

I am actually a former resident of Flagler county and was familiar with the location and the property prior to booking :) Check in was a breeze. Parking is super easy as there is a large lot. The location is breathtaking seriously. A little north of Flagler beach but nothing is far there. The property is massive and all the available rooms are very private. It's basically an INN. Our room was large, next to the pool, had it's own AC/heater, large bathroom, micro, mini fridge, and a huge soaker tub. Oh it also had a large dining table and smart tv. Connecting to the wifi was easy and it's super fast. I was primarily working with my school age daughter and we had zero issues. Bathroom is comfortable, water is hot, lots of towels were provided. The owners/property managers were responsive. I wish them tons of success with their special property!

Super awesome beach location that albeit is shared with other guests, is tucked away, nice and quiet. And Kayla was super flexible for us, very responsive and just as nice as she could be! Absolutely would stay again.

Had some trouble at check in with the lock, but Matthew and his team went over the top to make it right. They definitely understand what being customer centric is all about.

I rented both A& B unit for me & family it had plenty of room & close to beach & restaurants & shopping yard was nice & easy to find

Beatriz was a wonderful host: gave very clear check-in instructions, had our room ready for our early arrival, and was quick to respond to our questions. The home is in a quiet residential area, which is what we were looking for, and the beach access at Varn Park was extremely convenient. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The common areas of the home were also spacious and offered some fun activities: pool table, Foosball, etc.

This home is beautiful. The pictures do NOT do it justice. The ocean is so close it lulls you to sleep every night. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The bed were comfy. Outdoor area was amazing and loved having multiple places to rinse off before going inside.

I've had a few bad experiences with AirBnB in the past so I was a little skeptical about trying it again. Alina and her team made this experience such an amazing time that I absolutely plan to work with them again! The house was beautiful and comfortable, there was a lot to do in the area but most of all, it truly gave me the feeling of a vacation. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! I know I'll be back for sure :)

Really great home, spacious, beautifully furnished and fully equipped! We loved being able to host family dinners and not have to worry about cookware, dish ware, etc. There was even a high chair and play pen for my grandson. Not to mention beach towels and floats for the pool. Very much enjoyed the pool area as well. We’ll definitely be back for future family visits. I did attempt to reach out with minor issues that I didn’t get responses to but we figured out what we needed so it wasn’t a big deal.

We had such a wonderful time. Kiran and Marion thought of everything, you can tell a lot of time and thought went into this Airbnb. It’s about 3 houses in from the beach with plenty of restaurants, coffee, ice cream within walking distance. The bed was really comfortable, plenty of nice, quality pillows too. Good water pressure in shower and lots of toiletries in case you forget something. Phone chargers too. We appreciated the water and snacks after a long morning of travel. Highly recommend Kiran’s e-bike tour and magic show! We enjoyed getting to know them, what a lovely couple. We will be back!

This was a perfect place for our family of nine. The bunk beds made all the difference when little ones can't wait to try it out. It also was much better for them than sharing a queen size bed. We had a little hiccup on the first day and it was immediately attended to. I would rate its customer service A+++. An added bonus was the dolphins we saw out on the waters. The kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans one would want. Everyone loved the home away from home atmosphere and of course the wonderful pool.

This was a very affordable and cozy place. Just like the description. We have been to many Airbnb’s and this one was just as good as any. It was very walkable to the historic district of St. Augustine but definitely more of driving distance to any beaches. We mostly went to Vilano Beach because it was close and extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again for the location and price!

This place is beautiful. It's super clean and modern with all the amenities needed. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach, and it's one of the nicest beaches we've been at for wonderful walks along the shore. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back next time we want to rent at the beach.

Our stay consisted of friends and family. It was a very easy and smooth check in. We really enjoyed having coffee outside and seeing dolphins right by our dock! Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It’s very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We utilized the heated pool, hot tub and the beach several times. Matthew responded quickly to any questions we had. A perfect vacation. Thank you!!

From the beginning, Matthew and his team was responsive and answered all my questions. Even when I was a pain. There was a slight hiccup with our reservation site and Matthew and his team was very proactive and worked on the situation. Matthew was able to accommodate us and we had a very enjoyable stay! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk. The pools were nice. The accommodations were excellent. This location was 20 minutes from the historical St. Augustine which was fine with us. We would definitely stay with this company again.

As a condo rental owner myself I tend to read reviews and act on as necessary. I enjoyed my stay but feel some constructive criticism is due. Great- views, pool and advertised outdoor amenities, location on A1A, cleanish, and has washer and dryer. Plenty of towels for bathrooms. Starter packs with dish soap, detergent, garbage bags and shampoo/conditioner etc. There was even beach towels on the bed for our use. Not as great- sheets in twin bed room, lighting in bathrooms, home decor so old/outdated and tired and some broken/cracked in dark bathroom. It really doesn’t take a lot to update that kind of stuff. Wicker furniture, fake plants, carpet and furniture needs cleaned or just replaced period. Many reviews have said same. Ice maker not working but is reported and Matthew having that checked. I enjoyed my stay overall but giving and honest opinion and review. Rental management can only do so much if owners don’t act on what reviews say.

Matthew’s place was absolutely perfect for our family’s beach vacation! The location was peaceful, beautiful and right at the beach. The pool was spacious and relaxing, with ample seating and tables surrounding it for our family to relax. The condo is in walking distance to a couple excellent restaurants which we enjoyed, as well as an easy drive to more restaurants, shops, and downtown St. Augustine. The condo was meticulously cleaned, pristine, yet we felt right at home. There was a small issue from a recently installed new dishwasher after we arrived, which Matthew was so fast to reply and resolve immediately. The view from the patio was gorgeous, and we loved sitting there in the mornings and evenings relaxing to the sight and sounds of the ocean. We would definitely return here, as well have stayed in many condos, and the condo, area and overall experience was one of the absolute best beach vacations we have ever had!!

A couple minute walk to an absolutely beautiful and private beach. Nice pool. Spacious place. Great patio. Friendly squirrel.

Great value for the price — to be on the water was amazing! And it’s a quiet part of Butler Beach. We practically had the beach to ourselves. The condo complex is lovely and everyone we met at the pool was lovely. The unit itself met our needs. Furnishings are tired as other reviewers noted, but it didn’t bother us. The management company was responsive when we needed an extra air mattress. The beds were comfortable and listening to the ocean at night was heaven.

If you're looking for a nice place by the beach away from the crowds, this is the place to be. Located right next to the beach, you can walk up to gorgeous views in a few steps. The accommodation was really nice, cozy and had everything we needed. we loved our stay and would stay here again when visiting St Augustine. Thank you!!!

Great place to stay as well as great amenities! Matthew was very responsive and so helpful during our check in and check out process. The beach is a short walk from the Airbnb and many restaurants nearby. I would definitely book again!
