What a gem of a find!! Katie was such a lovely host and her flat was lovely. Came to Manchester to see a show and Katie was so helpful advising us of local cheap parking and things to see and do in the area. I would highly recommend Katie’s place, such a reasonable price, lovely clean room with private bathroom, comfortable bed and amazing company (hope mark didn’t natter your ear off too much 🤣) We really did enjoy our stay, thanks for having us and hopefully see you again ☺️

At first we had a couple of issues with the shower, although they were resolved in a timely manner and she was very helpful within her responses. We really appreciated how in the description she did label it was going to be noisy around this area as it definitely was but we loved the night life! She was so helpful in terms of directions and any minor issues we had. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
