L'appartamento si trova in posizione strategica, vicino ai principali luoghi di interesse della città, è ideale per soggiorni turistici e professionali. Vicinissima al porto, al Museo, al Teatro delle Muse, alla Pinacoteca, alla biblioteca comunale e all'Università di Economia. Le fermate principali dell'autobus sono a pochi metri, la stazione ferroviaria è facilmente raggiungibile. N.B. Il parcheggio in strada è a pagamento dalle 8 alle 20.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !
