Thank you so much. I greatly appreciate everything you all did. When we will return we will definitely book this villa again. I came here over two weeks ago and this was BY FAR the best place we have stayed. I have stayed at many high end Airbnbs all over the world and this place blew it out of the water when it came to the house and service. I just want you to know that. I’ve never been treated so well and had such an amazing experience. Like I said I will be back and I will know where to book now when I return. Thank you again. 🙏

The house was an oasis on the island. We enjoyed spending time outside by the pool and inside on the couch. There were many amenities available such as, mosquito plugs, pool floats, thick towels, complimentary snacks, etc., throughout the house that made staying here very comfortable. The air conditioning cooled the rooms down quickly and the internet connection was strong. Paulina is the most amazing super host we’ve encountered of all our Airbnb stays. She is efficient, kind, knowledgeable and responded immediately. We rented a car and appreciated the private covered parking spot. The house was relaxing and private but close driving distance to the beaches, restaurants and shops.

We had an incredible stay at Prima Villa in Karon. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Jacky and her team were always on standby and ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The villa was private, spacious, and extremely comfortable—just what we were looking for. The rooms were clean and airy, and the pool was absolutely beautiful and completely secluded, offering a peaceful space to unwind. The location was great—just a 5-minute walk to a nearby massage spot and a 7-Eleven for snacks and essentials. Local shops were also within walking distance. Despite being close to amenities, the villa was tucked away in a quiet area, making it perfect for those who want to relax away from the busier parts of Phuket. Laundry was done promptly, and anything we asked for was handled without fuss. The only small issue was that the pots and pans could use an update—they’re a bit worn out and

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying at this villa in Phuket. The villa was beautiful—spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. What truly made the stay special was the host, Pawan. He went above and beyond in every way to make sure I was comfortable. At one point, I wasn’t feeling well, and Pawan personally went out of his way to get me medicine. That kind of kindness and genuine care is something you don’t come across often. I felt truly looked after throughout my stay, and I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Phuket, staying here with Pawan as your host will make your trip even more memorable.

One of the best villas we stayed at in Phuket. Villa is PERFECTLY located in bang tao (gated secure area) less than 5 mins from the beach and less than 10 mins from boat avenue in a queit but vibrant area. Grocery stores and other essentials are also close by. The villa itself was spacious and modern and the attention to detail was truly impressive. The whole family enjoyed and had a relaxing stay. Host was very friendly, helpful, and responds almost immediately. He ensured everything we needed during our stay was attended to. Will definetly stay again next time we visit. Highly recommended.

Winona’s house was very enjoyable to stay in - clean, modern, and she even sent complimentary housekeeping weekly. Only negative was that utility fees weren't included.

A dream stay that exceeded all expectations! Our hosts Bee and Yves have absolutely enchanted us with their exceptional hospitality. Upon arrival, we were welcomed personally and with a special warmth. The extremely tasteful furnishings, comfortable beds with high quality bedding, a saltwater pool almost 15 meters long, 2 terraces, an excellently maintained garden and a very well equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, we were particularly enthusiastic. Bee and Yves were not only super quick to reach, but also provided us with personal restaurant tips off the beaten path. We felt like we were welcome friends instead of guests! Conclusion: Rarely have we felt so comfortable somewhere! This place is an experience you won't forget. Thank you Bee, Thank you Yves for your warmth and care! We will definitely be back and 100% recommend you.

I rented this beautiful home for a girl’s trip of 10. It did not disappoint. The host was very responsive and the house manager Aom who also cooked us delicious meals upon request was very warm and welcoming. The housekeeper too did a great job keeping the house clean. The house is close to great restaurants and a beach. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

We had a wonderful family holiday across 3 generations at Coral beach pool villa. Seven of us aged 9 to 71 stayed for 5 days in April. Yui our host looked after us so well ordering in food from local restaurants and taking us around for shopping and sightseeing. We also had Aum who cleaned up our mess and drove us to the local beaches. The villa was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us. The children especially loved exploring the beach and collecting shells and playing with the hermit crabs. Thank you so much for providing a safe, peaceful and luxurious family holiday in Thailand.

The home is gorgeous and modern. The home is equipped with everything you need. The different levels gave everyone their own private space and we were all able to come together in the living area. The outdoor pool and sitting area is very quiet and peaceful. I cannot say enough about the concierge team. They were all amazing! Someone in our group was searching for a specific Thai Dessert and they were able to get it delivered the next day. We couldn’t get to a fruit stand after they opened up and the ladies made an extra stop to pick some up and delivered it to us. My husband got very sick and they coordinated transportation from where we were to the hospital, where they already had him registered. We are so very grateful to have picked such an amazing home with the most wonderful team to help make our stay that much more meaningful. We would definitely book this home again the next time we are in Phuket!!!

The villa looks just like the photos . Breathtaking !! The host was very responsive and accommodating . Would definitely recommend ! Book it . You won’t regret !!!!

Our time at the villa was absolutely wonderful! The house and location were beautiful and it was a perfect space for our family vacation. We had 7 people spanning three generations as well as other family that came over to visit (after checking with Laurence of course) and never felt crowded. It was so much better than getting multiple hotel rooms and then trying to find shared space amongst the crowds of tourists and vacationers you find at hotels and resorts. Laurence also helped us book a chef who came in and cooked a delicious dinner for 13 people. The staff were wonderful and caring and treated us like family while we were there. We were honestly sad to say goodbye! It is also well located and is easy to get into downtown Patong or over to Karen Beach or Phuket etc. Takes a little walking or grabbing a car for further places, but the privacy, beautiful pool, rooms and space are well worth it. We hope to come back sometime again not too far in the future! Wonderful place!

Toby and the team (Winny) were amazing hosts from the start! Such a beautiful premises, one of the best villas I’ve stayed in yet in Thailand. Will definitely come again when I come back to Phuket!

It was one of the best stay for us till date through Airbnb. We friends, made a lifelong memory with them. Ric & his son Will are tremendous host & help once you reach the Villa. They will be there with all their help, right from suggesting local restaurants to massage parlour to coffee spots. Any minor issue, you just need to tell them & they are right there to fix it with top priority. Great great amenities, it will give you a feel of Home. A highly recommend place, would love to go back again just for the hospitality of Ric, Will & Henri.

Best villa in Phuket. Good view

Villa meets expectations. Removed somewhat from the city, we were able to discover several very local restaurants. 7/11 and Lotus within walking distance or scooter. However, the villa is in a neighborhood with a mosque nearby. Prayer is heard at different times and alcohol is not available everywhere in shops or restaurants. The stay was really great. The villa is new, very clean and the quality of the services is up to the non-excessive price. Complex secured by the security staff who was very nice. Bua's team is responsive to questions and different requests. Transportation has been arranged to pick us up from the airport to the villa. I recommend the villa 👌🏼

My family and I had a lovely stay at Mirka & Philippe's place in Choeng Thale. The house was spacious and had a lovely lounge and kitchen area. The pool and outside space was just fantastic and great for spending time relaxing. Its totally possible to walk to Bang Tao beach for a swim or to visit any of the beach clubs, restaurants and bars. If you have small children you are walking along the busy roadside . We ended up getting tuk tuks to take us there and back for a very small amount of THB which resolved the issue. Easy access to Boat Avenue for more food and shopping options. There was some minor construction noise from around the area during our stay but it wasn't too bad. Mirka was very responsive and a great host. We would stay again.

Fantastic place to stay and highly recommended. Nice peaceful location, and shops and restaurants are a short 15 min walk away. House was clean and tidy, and the private backyard and pool made it an ideal place to relax. Piotr helped to check us in and was accomodating to our requests for a baby cot. There was even a baby high chair for us to use, even when we did not explicitly ask for it. Piotr was highly responsive to any requests we had, including an early check in. Highly recommended place to stay and would stay again.

Hello everyone! We found this villa by word of mouth. Our friends stayed with the guys last year at another property, were delighted and recommended us. The villa is in excellent condition, we really liked it: fresh, cozy, clean, full of delight. The location is in the very center, all shops, massages, gym are within walking distance, the sea is 5-7 minutes by car. We would like to highlight the level of hospitality and service. Felix and Alexei provided us with all the necessary information (taxi apps, a guide to local cafes and beautiful places), were always in touch. However, they were not intrusive and did not bother us again. We travel a lot and consider it an indicator when the guys know their job well. On the one hand, they are always nearby, and on the other hand, they try not to disturb the guests, giving us the opportunity to fully enjoy our vacation in a luxurious house. Now we will only contact them! Thank you so much for a great vacation.
