Guest reviews often remark on the cleanliness and small touches for my Airbnb. I love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit your needs and the games and books. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. There is also a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.

This 815 square foot home has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Centrally located to shopping, dining, 4 miles to UT campus and downtown Knoxville. We have a doggie door and small fenced in yard.
