Nestled in the East Texas trees, just off a major highway sits a cozy retreat waiting for you to visit. Country style living, dining area with fully stocked kitchen for your cooking pleasure or local take out available. Morning and evening our resident deer, squirrels and birds are here for your pleasure. The stars at night are Big and Bright and a Texas sunset awaits you from the front porch. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway! Enjoy swimming off the back deck, the ambiance of sitting on the many decks enjoying the beauty of the lake or just relaxing to watch the sunset. If the weather is cooler you may want to enjoy sitting around the gas firepit on the deck or the wood burning fireplace in the Sunroom! The one bedroom has a queen size bed and in the den a pull out sofa bed for two. Less than 10 minutes to downtown for all you shopping and great restaurants too!

Cove is shallow enough for wading, swimming, or kayaking and located in a "NO Wake" Inlet so no worries about boat traffic. Fishing right off the pier is fun for the kids! Beautiful yard in which to play. We have, ping pong, puzzles, and board games available. Shop and dine locally or head over to Tyler (25 minute drive) to enjoy lots of great restaurants and live music.

Hidden Gem Cottages: Sapphire Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

Twin Oaks Ranch

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Fishing is permitted in the ponds. The ponds are stocked with a dock. Enjoy a walk through the forest trails. Clean and newly renovated guest house. A fully equipped kitchen is provided with all the necessary utensils. The bedroom has a king-size bed. Two couches can be pulled out to create two additional beds. We welcome dogs. There is a fenced yard for dogs and a doggy door. 15 minutes to town. There is no fire pit or grill.

The Tiny House

A small home with a big personality! Only a 15min from Jacksonville and 40min from Tyler; a great place to be out in the country and enjoy the quiet. In exploring the area, you'll find a drive-thru safari, Love's Lookout, the Texas State Railroad (Polar Express), River Run ATV park, the Neches River Wildlife Refuge, I.D. Fairchild State Forest, Lake Jacksonville, restaurants and more!
