We were 6 friends all girls, visited this place in Mar'25. Sanket was very well responsive and he attended to all our queries timely. The place is beautiful and the surroundings are very scenic. The highlight was the pool.. we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. The caretaker Lokesh did an awesome job. We had a delicious breakfast to end our trip.. overall it was a big hit. Thank you for making our trip memorable !

The property is a perfect place for a peaceful getaway. Beautiful location, Serene surroundings and breathtaking views of the surroundings add to the charm of the property. The property itself is luxurious, exactly as shown and described. It’s spacious, clean and extremely well maintained. All the amenities mentioned in the description are available and in perfect condition. A special mention for the care taker. He is very polite and always available for any kind of help needed. Ashish and his teammates have been very helpful and readily available throughout, clearing any doubts. Overall it was an extremely satisfying and peaceful experience at the property. I would highly recommend it.

The first thing you notice when you reach the property or on your way to the property is how close it is to the waterfront, and the fact that the boating and other activities are literally within 5 mins distance. But more importantly, the place is so beautiful, the deck at the entrance of the house was the place we spent so much time at, because of all the trees planted within the property which led to birds of all kinds coming to peck the flowers. The main house contains a double bed, spacious sitting and a large very airy space. The TV isn't much usable but then you didn't come here to watch the TV, now did you? There is another room across the property which also has a double bed, and basic amenities. There is a lawn in between both rooms and also a net to play badminton. All in all, just loved the location of the property and the house itself was so beautifully done, we stayed 2 days and enjoyed our time to the fullest. Planning another trip with friends soon

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was stunning—beautifully decorated, spacious, and full of charm. Every room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel both cozy and luxurious. The beds were super comfortable, and all amenities were exactly as described (if not better). The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Their hospitality truly made the experience even better. The location was also perfect—quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and truly relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back again!

A lovely stay overall! The host was fantastic—very helpful and made us feel right at home. The house itself is charming and set amidst lush greenery, which made for a peaceful and refreshing break. Just a small heads-up: the location is quite remote, so it's best to come prepared with your own vehicle for convenience. That said, once you're there, the tranquility and beauty of the place more than make up for the distance. A hidden gem for those looking to truly unwind.

We stayed at Nana Kutir for 2 days with our dogs. The place is very peaceful as that’s what we were looking for. We loved the decor as soon as we stepped inside the main door. The decor is rustic and gives the tranquil feel. The terrace is lovely and offers great views. Importantly our dogs got plenty of running around and they were completely at ease with the place. The kitchen has all the utensils so if you take your basic stuff then you are sorted. We availed the home cooked food service from the kitchen suggested by Sonali and we got absolutely amazing comfort food. If you drive from Pashan side then the trip is very smooth compared to arrive from Chandani Chowk. Would definitely recommend the place.

Our stay at this beautiful property was nothing short of magical — photos honestly don’t do justice. The lush garden stretches like your own private landscape, and the serene lake-touch view is simply breathtaking. At night, the moonlight reflecting off the water creates the most peaceful and surreal setting. Sherna, our host, was incredibly responsive. A special heartfelt mention to Munshi and Sunita—this stay wouldn’t have been the same without them. Munshi, the ever-smiling and warm caretaker, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, always around yet never intrusive. And Sunita… what a gem! Her food was honestly the highlight of our day, every single day. Home-style, packed with love, and absolutely delicious—every meal felt like a warm hug. She made us feel like family, not guests. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal, peaceful, and cared for. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
