Pertinent to note, owing to the proximity to the sea and fishing activity 1 km from the appartment,there is an occassional whiff,predominantly during the summer months,restricted to external vicinity.A recent construction activity ,in the adjacent plot ,with no time schedule,causes noises beyond my control.
