Besides a breathtaking 180° view of the sea in the heart of Cote D'Azur and a romantic boho chic decor, here are some main features you will love: AIR CONDITION --> A premium A/C system has been recently installed in both the living room and the bedroom. It can also work as a heating system. KITCHEN --> Cookware, full cutlery and crockery sets, several appliances (Lavazza coffee machine with free capsules, microwave, oven, dish washer, electric burners, fridge, freezer, premium blender, toaster, kitchen scale, squeezer). Olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and other basics are available. LIVING ROOM --> TV, 6 seats dining table, sofa bed (can accomodate one more person), USB speakers, luggage storage BATHROOM --> XL shower, WC, bidet, hair dryer, curling iron BEDROOM --> seaview from the bed, 160X195cm bed with premium bedding sets, big double closet with drawers and hangers, roller shutters. -- > + A WELCOME TREAT ! The flat is entirely available for you. It is ideal for 2 people but can accomodate 1 more on the sofa bed. You can either access the building from the main door which works with a magnetic key or from the private parking (Floor -2). Either me or a co-host will welcome you at the check-in. I am helpful, reliable and precise, exactly as I would like my Airbnb host to be when I travel as a guest. In order to assist you, I have prepared a very detailed House Manual that you will receive by email when you complete your booking. Even though I am not always around, I have arranged some co-hosts who can assist you in case of emergency. However I am available on the phone all the time, 7 days a week. I am cooperative, easy going and willing to satisfy your requests. Just feel free to contact me ! The apartment is in a scenic location facing the Golfe Bleu, a romantic spot of the Cote D'Azur. Go for a picturesque walk along the cliffside trails, spread out on the sunny beaches a short walk away, and experience Monaco's famous sights nearby. The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

All the conditions are in place for guests to feel comfortable: It will be made available to guests upon arrival: Bathrobes, shower gel set and after shampoo, welcome gift. Premium linens, pillows and duvet as well as towels, coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine as well as tea and herbal teas. A bluetooth dock JBL and put at your disposal to listen to your favorite playlists. The furniture is mostly new, the sofa in 160 cm with shape memory. The apartment is accessible in its entirety. I can be reached by SMS and Mail in the afternoons to answer questions from travelers. Welcome to Beaulieu-sur-Mer, a seaside resort located between Nice and Monaco, on the mythical “seaside road” along the Côte d 'Azur. Switch to daylight saving time and explore the shops, restaurants, beaches and harbour on foot. The SNCF train station is located 200 m away, and the bus stop is 300 m away (line 100) every 15 minutes towards Nice or Monaco Warning, some condominium rules must be respected, no parties or loud music after 22:30. The door of the apartment closes automatically, make sure you keep the keys in hand when you leave the premises. When you leave at the end of your stay, make sure all used towels are left in the bathtub. The dishwasher and refrigerator must be emptied as well as the garbage cans which will then be lowered into the garbage room located at the -1 of the building ( door to the right of the elevator). Cartons and plastics can be placed in yellow bins. The apartment must be returned in a suitable state of cleanliness. The kitchen area should be left as on arrival. Towels (1 large, 1 medium and 1 guest) are provided per person per week, but it is possible to provide additional sets for travelers at an additional cost. Linen should only be laid inside the balcony on the stretcher.

We had a delightful five-night stay at Agriturismo San Giuseppe. The property is beautifully maintained, featuring a spacious garden, a well-equipped barbecue area, and a refreshing outdoor pool that was perfect for relaxing after our daily explorations. Our accommodation was cozy and had everything we needed, including a well-appointed kitchen and a coffee maker that allowed us to enjoy delicious coffee each morning. The location is ideal—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to Volterra and other Tuscan attractions. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive and provided all the necessary information to make our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a serene and authentic Italian experience.

Beautiful view to the sea The garden around the house was very nicely designed and there was also the possibility to harvest fresh lemons and herbs. For activities, you should be good on foot, as your own car has to be parked further down and the restaurants etc. are also further down in the village. The communication with the host was very friendly and hassle-free (they responded quickly to messages) and he was very helpful.

We enjoyed a lovely stay in the stylish, blue, sunny apartment, and also outside on the balcony. It was great to hear the sea; given no airconditioning, the doors and windows were often open to let the wind inside. Supermarket and restaurants close by. From A to Z a great stay and exactly what you want. Very clean, everything as described, a friendly, personal welcome with a short walk through the apartment, great apartment, great balcony, sea view, restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walking distance. Public beach right outside the door, beach with loungers and umbrellas for a fee about 5 minutes away. Lidl can be reached in a few minutes by car. And absolutely nothing was missing.

Good location in the Mountains of Alassio. Within walking distance of the center. Lots of space for 8 Adults. Clean & tidy. Free Parking for 2 Cars. We used the home for a cycling holiday and were very happy. At the time of our stay there was a construction site close-by which provided some noise during the day, but not excessive. Remember to bring laundry + dishwasher detergent, toilet paper & cooking basics (oil,salt & pepper).

Very nice accommodation with a beautiful sea view. Many amenities available, there was nothing missing! Very good communication with Sandra. Be careful though if you have a large vehicle it is quite difficult to park in the small alleys. And the neighbor's dog was a little noisy.. But overall we recommend, we had a very pleasant stay with the family.
