Cinzia è stata molto cordiale e amichevole sia prima dell'arrivo che al momento del check-in e del checkout. Ci è venuta incontro dimostrando flessibilità per il check-in considerato che non arrivavano tutti insieme. We loved our 2+week stay at Casa Marisa. The apartment is well-maintained and has everything one might need including a good kitchen and two excellent contemporary en suite shower rooms. It's stylishly furnished and colourful with comfortable seating on the large terrace. We particularly liked that all rooms had doors to the terrace. It's conveniently situated for shopping, restaurants and cafés plus the beach is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the station. Grazie, Margherita, for a great stay in beautiful Alassio.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Rosaldo ed Enzo sono ospiti molto gentili e premurosi, che ci hanno accolto e salutato con grande calore. L'appartamento ha una vista mozzafiato, è molto pulito e dispone di tutti i comfort necessari. La grandezza e l'arredamento della terrazza invitano a trascorrere del tempo & rilassarsi. La spiaggia con i ristoranti circostanti è raggiungibile in pochi minuti. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno e torneremo sicuramente.

It was one of the most beautiful air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The views were incredible and it had such a cute kitchen. It was the perfect location to many restaurants and many beaches.

It’s a perfect spot for families looking to disconnect from the noise of big cities and enjoy some quiet time in nature. At the same time, it’s just a short drive from Nice and Monaco, making day trips super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting.

Top Unterkunft + tolle Gastgeberin Highlights: - Alles war sehr sauber, sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. - Das Apartment ist direkt (50m Fussweg) am Meer (privater Strand + nettes Café) gelegen. - Die Kommunikation mit Isabella war einfach, klar und freundlich. Weiteres: - Das Apartment wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas klein, aber aufgrund der Organisation hat man alles (wir waren mit unserem Baby da und die Wohnung hat für ein paar Tage Ferien ausgereicht). Wir würden das Apartment bei einem erneuten Sanremo-Trip wieder buchen.

A dreamy escape by the Mediterranean This beachside apartment was pure magic. Overlooking the shimmering Mediterranean Sea,—we never tired of watching the waves roll in, with our morning coffee and a glass of wine at sunset. The balcony became our favorite spot, so peaceful. The apartment itself clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, including kitchen appliances for home-cooked meals. We also enjoyed the shared pool. Direct access to the beach was so incredible—just a short walk down the stairs and we were there, toes in the sand. The location is right next to the train station, making day trips effortless. Parking required a short walk, but it was absolutely worth it for the stunning setting and proximity to the sea. Our host was responsive and helpful

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in traumhafter Unterkunft und Umgebung. Ob nach Rennradtouren ans Meer, Bushaltestelle oder Bahnhof, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Städtetrips bequem mit Zug machbar. Das Auto brauchten wir nur für Einkäufe. Der Garten, le cabanon und die Aussicht ein Highlight. Die Hütte liebevollste gestaltet und perfekt ausgestattet. Das ganze umrahmt von sehr sympathischen und charmanten Gastgebern. Absolute Empfehlung !!!

Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Also extremely convenient to Monaco. The neighborhood is very quiet with only residences around. The balcony had amazing views of Monaco and the sea. Arthur was always very responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the region.

Il posto è semplicemente incantevole, un'oasi di tranquillità tra cielo e mare. Mi sono sentita a casa lontano da casa. La casa è accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. L'ambiente è pulito, confortevole e curato nei minimi dettagli. L'host è stata davvero premurosa e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo sicuramente! Viaggiavamo con una bimba di un anno e siamo stati benissimo. Grazie di cuore, Constanza!

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

La casa di Paolo è meravigliosa , si vede che è stata pensata per viverci . La posizione è insuperabile , nel centro e sul mare . La casa resta comunque silenziosa chiudendo le finestre . Il garage è un plus indispensabile ed essendo la casa in zona pedonale non è possibile averlo sotto casa , si raggiunge comunque in 3 minuti a piedi ( passo lento) . Unico suggerimento , aggiungere alla ricca dotazione una macchina da caffè con cialde , per chi come me non ama la moca . Sotto casa ci sono un numero considerevole di bar , ma bere un caffè in pigiama guardando l’alba dalla terrazza “ Vale il Viaggio “ . Andrea e famiglia

Anna ist eine sehr herzliche und nette Dame. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause . Die Wohnung ist mega gepflegt und sauber. In der Wohnung sind auch alle Sachen die man braucht. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung ist an einer super Lage. Die Garage ist auch Goldwert und hat genug Platz. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Liebe Grüße

Tolle Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend und schnell! Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Imperia.

Wir vermissen die Tage und die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Wir waren fast ausschliesslich zu Fuss bis in die Innenstadt von Ventimiglia ca. 15 Minuten (zur Markhalle, zum Eisessen und bis zum Bahnhof) und mit der Bahn (Fahrt nach Menton und Monaco) unterwegs. Für uns perfekt. Der kleine Strand unterhalb des Hauses war bezaubernd und wir waren fast jeden Abend schwimmen. Claudia ist eine Top-Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Funktional eingerichtetes Appartment, mit Allem, was man braucht, direkt am Strand gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie Bars gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatzsituation etwas eingeschränkt...
