Unit 477 is 1/2 of a Duplex in a peaceful country setting. A perfect place to relax after a long day at work when you are unable to get home. Pets are welcome but we do charge an fee of 150.00 in addition to the normal cleaning fee for each trip when we host your pet. Free access to our laundry area is included. There is free parking in front of the unit at the same level as the unit. No steps.

My fiancé and I traveled back to Delaware for my daughter’s college graduation at UD. It was perfect for our stay and lots of space. Couch is super comfortable. My favorite part was the outdoor area with the TV and fire pit. It was so cozy and nice to relax in the evening watching some shows. It was really nice having a washer and dryer too.

The home was lovely. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Easy access to Fairhill International. The home itself was wonderful. Quality home. Actually, we are building a home and I’ve taken away some ideas from this home. We even saw firefly’s!!! Great time! Would definitely stay at this home again.

We had a wonderful stay at Fair Hill East! The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a perfect location for attending our son's master’s graduation ceremony. One of the biggest highlights for us was being able to bring our dogs. Such a bonus to find a pet-friendly place that feels like home. Thomas was incredibly responsive and accommodating, answering messages quickly and showing great flexibility. Our family truly appreciated it. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Tim was an excellent host! He bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the space worked well for our family of 6, and the location was great for our kids’ bike race at Fair Hill!
