Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Anfield

Lovely stay. Excellent access to the coastline, 10 minutes walk. Nice to stay away from the hubbub of Liverpool but have it only 15 minutes away on the train. There are also good local cafes, bakeries, pubs and restaurants for anyone who doesn't fancy going into town. Couldn't fault the house; quiet, clean and spacious with a nice outside space. Highly recommended

We’ve just returned from a lovely stay at Joanne’s while visiting family. The property is very comfortable and we were made very welcome, including with a very generous hamper of local produce and fresh eggs. The house is set in a very peaceful and picturesque part of the Lancashire countryside.

House as described and was clean. Location was good, easy to get into central Liverpool and there were a few nice bars and restaurants in walking distance. Overall a good house at a good price for the location.

We stayed two months and had a great time. Lovely home, fully equipped for everything we needed to cook at home. Amazing bathtub 😊. Sweet little backyard patio area. Jordon and Gala were great hosts. We found everything walkable and accessible. Two grocery stores within a few blocks and bus stops too. Merseyrail station also close and you can get just about anywhere you'd like. beautiful parks nearby, the river is a short walk. Just lovely overall. Would stay again!

Sonias house was exactly as described . Situated in a quiet cul de sac , a short walk from a large supermarket . The interior was extremely comfortable . The whole house was spotless and the bedding was crisp , beds very comfortable too. The little courtyard at the back ia a suntrap in the afternoon and very peaceful . Gemma the host was in contact before , during and after our stay and was happy to help if needed. The house its self was immaculate and almost showroom standard. Was in a nice quiet location , with great access to Liverpool where we were visiting . The house had everything you could need and a book of helpful tips. I would definitely recommend this for a group or family looking for some where to stay in St Helens.

We had a delightful stay at this cosy cottage,reflecting this beautiful building in the historic village,Port sunlight.There is plenty to do and explore. The hosts made our stay very comfortable and stress free! Thank you for sharing your home.

Felt like a home from home, as it is David’s home. Made to feel very welcome and able to relax in comfortable surroundings. Very handy for City and attractions - would definitely recommend for a short break in the city🙂

Staying at Stewart’s place was a pleasure. The location was peaceful place to stay, the home was cozy and clean, and Stewart was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended..

This was our second visit to Lynne's place and once again we had a wonderful time. Lynne was a congenial host and the apartment had everything as described. A two minute walk takes one down to the River Mersey foreshore with paved footpath alongside, and Anthony Gormley's "The Men" can be seen en route. From the kitchen the view of the garden and over to the West Lancashire Golf Course is delightful. Parking right outside and short walk to train station were a bonus. We look forward to another return visit one day.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. My previous accommodation has been cancelled on the day of my actual stay so Melanie/James were flexible with me, friendly, and the accommodation was ready within an hour. Accommodation was very clean, exactly as described. Thank you again for letting me stay 😊
