Located 1 hour from Futuroscope and 30 minutes from the parks of La Brenne, our house will bring you the relaxation and calm that you are looking for while combining comfort and space for holidays for families or friends. We renovated this old barn on 2 levels with a contemporary touch while keeping the charm of the old. The swimming pool (6x12m) is heated from June to September according to the outside temperatures and has a fully equipped pool house (kitchen, shower, toilet)

Independent guest house in Touraine in a hamlet totally dedicated to holidays. The châteaux of the Loire are 40 minutes away and the Brenne nature park 20 minutes.

The site is within the perimeter of the Brenne Regional Nature Park. After an hour you can visit the Futuroscope or the Beauval Zoo. The rental is offered for at least 2 nights.
