Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

I loved staying at this condo. Everything was fairly accessible and the neighbors were very nice people. Amenities were useful and everything was functional enough for my lifestyle. It was a functioning home. There are ATMs downstairs, guards are super nice, the restaurants below are worth eating daily in, and the convenience of a small grocery store with everything you’ll ever need is the sweet cherry on top. Also, it was not difficult getting transportation. With the Mall of Asia at your doorstep as well as everything the bay has to offer, it’s also difficult to get bored on days off. I was working remotely during my entire stay and it was blissful. 10/10 would recommend!

We are a repeat guests over and over. Ms Ida’s unit is one of our favorite airbnb place. It has become our go to. But unfortunately, her studio is not always avail. It’s always booked and it’s not surprising to my daughter and I. The bed is super comfy!!! The location is perfect, super quiet, very clean and just so perfect for two♥️ Huge thanks to Ms Ida and her caretaker cleaner, Ate Luz for making our stay so spot on!

Nad's Place Manila is a great place, the facilities are good the place is cozy perfect for any kinds of gatherings the host is responsive and the staffs are nice and responsive to our needs during our stay. its been fun staying in your place and more power to you.

This was our first experience in the Philippines to visit family and to tour. The condo is very easily accessible from the airport by walking via Runway Manila or a very quick Grab. Our host was very responsive and helpful before our trip, answering all questions and providing a great experience. Our check in was seamless as the host's helper met us at the condo to show us around. Building staff were very helpful and all the amenities were enjoyable. Grocery and other food options were very close and this was a very safe place to be. This was a great "homebase" for our family to explore Manila. We highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling to Manila. Thank you!

very close to greenbelt and a nice little park. not a very busy area and lots of good resturaunrs near by.

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

when we arrived at Jun's place after being stuck in China for 24 hours we felt straight at home... the place is really homey. it's like a home away from home. everything you need... it's all there. the place is near everything and everywhere... just across the street is the edsa shangri-la mall and a few more steps away is the megamall. there's a live band and food stalls that starts from Friday till Sunday and lots of different restaurants and shops near too. when you get inside the condo you are greeted by a smiling security guard and friendly receptionist that would greet you anytime of the day. also, they now have a rif card so it makes you feel more secured than before. Joanne is also really friendly and easy to contact... we came home late one night and when we get to the door... the key broke and luckily Joanne is there to the rescue. she managed to send us a duplicate key ASAP... thank God for lalamove. we had the key copied the next day and left it with the other keys.

Highly recommend Manuel's place. Easy to find and very spacious. Our relatives slept well. The owner is right behind the unit so when internet and gas ran out, they are just a message away to address the concerns. Will surely stay again =)

It feels like home. Me and my golden had a very comfortable stay. Jojo is responsive and was really helpful even though it is holy week. The view from the bed room as really nice and it made me relax. Thank you for the good stay! Hope to come back soon.

We stayed here to visit my relatives who also live in Acacia Estates. There was a small hiccup prior to checking in but was no big deal. The condo was clean and in great condition (Verawood is one of the nicest communities in Acacia). There is a supermarket, some places to eat, and other services across the street. SM Aura in BGC is about 10-15 minutes drive away, Vista Mall Taguig 5 min away. Overall, a great place to stay and I would book there again.

The place was great! We really appreciated the small details they paid attention to — from the hair blower to the dishwashing liquid. The location is conveniently near malls and other places. The hosts were wonderful and very kind. Thank you so much po! We’ll definitely book here again if we come back to Manila.

Our 16-day stay at this Airbnb was truly wonderful! From day one, the host was responsive, helpful, and kind. Ms. Avic, in particular, was so sweet and friendly, making us feel truly welcome. 🥰 The space was spotlessly clean, with complete kitchen amenities and a neat, well-stocked bathroom. The air conditioner kept the room perfectly cold, and the bed was big and very comfortable—ideal for relaxing after a long day. We also loved the huge closet and the Netflix access, which added to the cozy, at-home feel. Security in the building was excellent, giving us peace of mind throughout our stay. Everything about the place—from cleanliness to comfort to hospitality—was beyond our expectations. It’s the perfect mix of convenience and warmth. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Whether you’re staying for a few days or longer, this Airbnb is a beautiful, relaxing space worth booking. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back again! Host was great in communicating and location was great. I knew the general location fit my familys requirements, however the plentiful options of fast food and traditional sit down restaurants within walking distance was an added bonus. Not to mention Saint Lukes was literally down the street along with a 24hr Mercury which came in handy for last minute items that we forgot for our trip. There's nothing more I can say about the condo other its what I expected when booking the room however, outlets with USB ports all throughout the condo came in clutch for our charging our electronics. Overall, had a great experience and will be book with the host in the future if schedule allows.

Place as it was described. Probably the best water pressure I’ve had in any condo in the towers. Easy to get in, ac worked, comfortable bed. Not much more to ask for. With most condos in the towers you may find an insect but nothing outrageous. Would stay there again
