Villa holiday rentals in Anguilla

Beautifully designed and very private, Bayberry Villa was large, comfortable, and fully equipped. With it's large wrap-around veranda, ceiling fans, and open floor plan, it felt like living in a real island home during our stay in Anguilla. The house was kept up nicely by Lyn, who was on site daily. Located in a pleasant residential neighborhood that is very close to the ferry terminal, the house offers great views of the bay, but you'll need a car to get to the nice beaches. Evenings on the covered porch as the sun sets are quite pleasant, and happily the host supplies plenty of bug spray for the mosquitoes. The air-conditioner was not working in one of the bedrooms, which the owner tried to get fixed, and then agreed to cut in half the supplementary air-conditioning charge after it was still not blowing out cool air. Overall, a very pleasant place to take in the beauty of Anguilla.

The Bayberry Villa was one of our best Airbnb experiences. We loved everything about the house. It is at least what the pictures promise, and more. All rooms are very spacious, very clean, a lot of attention to details. The view is spectacular, the terrace is huge and runs along three sides of the house, which allows you to always find a shady spot. The kitchen has everything you need. Best of all, there is a housekeeper who dropped by every day and tidied up the place, brought fresh towels and did the laundry for you if needed. So you basically have the best of two worlds, Airbnb privacy/independence/a special and spacious place, as well as a housekeeping service (typical for Hotels), which doesn’t hurt when you bring sand and dirty towels from the beach every day. The only issue we faced were the mosquitoes, which are typical for Caribbean islands. The house provided screens on windows, above beds, candles etc. But I still highly recommend to bring, next to repellents, plenty of pants and long sleeve shirts despite of the expected temperature. We did not use the ACs which were an extra $100, but in retrospect it may have helped with this issue. Just prepare yourself as best you can for the mosquitoes and you’ll be very happy in this Villa. There is no beach that you can reach by foot, only a 8 minute path for water access, but with a car you can check out the variety of great beaches Anguilla offers.

The Airbnb was exactly as the host described. It was nice, clean, and quiet. The surroundings were peaceful and host was kind enough to do a flexible checkin which was much appreciated! Will be booking again next year same time , same place !

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Milly’s Inn. Great location and the house had everything we needed. Although there isn’t air conditioning, the constant breeze and ceiling fans made it very comfortable . The housekeeper was very attentive and pleasant. Gorgeous view of the ocean and surrounding landscape from our balcony. We could walk to the beach but the path down was a bit overgrown and buggy so we drove just 2 minutes to a free parking lot and walked down to the beach. Very convenient with lots of beach bar choices. Hopefully, we will be back next year!

Gayle's place was all we expected and more. We were greeted by the caretaker, Lyn. Lyn is a sweet local lady that went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was the little things that Lyn did that made our stay extra enjoyable. She was at the property waiting for us upon arrival. She walked us through the property and made sure we had everything we needed. After the first night, we mentioned the water pressure was a little low in the shower. We came back that day and it was fixed. Lyn replaced tea lights on the patio, supplied us with fresh towels, and a host of other little details that made our stay extra special. I highly recommend Chinaberry Villa! Thank you Gayle and especially Lyn for your wonderful Anguillan hospitality. We'll be back!

Get preapproval first! Take your Covid test 3 days in advance ! St Martin requires 3 days in advance !!! You must get tested again before you leave Anguilla in order to travel back through St Martin ! No more than 48 hours in advance. Anguilla will test you again when you arrive and you will have yo do a 12 hour quarantine!!! Plan for an extra day! Make sure you catch the boat to visit Sandy Island and Scilly Key Island! You can catch the boat on Sandy Ground for 20 bucks! Anguilla had the best beaches in the world !!!

Best Airbnb Experience Ever! This property and its host, Glena, exceeded all expectations. The house is stunning—private, comfortable, well-stocked, and breezy. It’s even better than the photos! Glena was an incredible host—responsive, thoughtful, and respectful of our privacy. She provided tips, transportation logistics, and local recommendations throughout our stay. One afternoon, she stopped by to drop off a water tank pump and left us fresh water and a treat—so kind and unexpected! Highlights: 1. Privacy: You can roam freely without being seen. 2. Safety: Felt secure at all times, even with doors open. 3. Sunsets: Magical views from the deck every evening. 4. Breezes: The house stayed cool with crosswinds—no need for AC. 5. Showers: Fantastic water pressure, a rare find! 6. Comfort & Style: Cozy beds, colorful decor, and fully stocked supplies. This was by far my best Airbnb stay. If you’re considering booking, do it! You won’t regret it!

We have been traveling to Anguilla for over 30 years, Kimberly’s home is the most beautiful we have stayed in. The living/dining room space is expansive with double story ceilings and surrounded by a furnished balcony with views of St Maarten and the soothing sound of waves. The kitchen is outfitted for at least 10, thoughtfully organized with everything needed for eating in. The seating area is comfortable and sophisticated. Kimberly is a gifted host and her local caretakers were available and very helpful. The lovely woman who cleans the house is super. The Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and generously decorated with quality bedding and abundant towels. Cannot recommend Kimberly’s home with more praise, we had such a happy time at Sea Heaven!

We had a wonderful vacation week at Spyglass. The villa EXCEEDED our expections. The welcome arrival at the airport by Erlene and then followed by the rum punch and warm sandwich was amazing for weary travellers. The villa was equipped with a fully stocked bar, breakfast fixing for the first morning and plenty of waters to get you started until you could get to the grocery store. Shelly cleaned the villa daily for us and was a true pleasure. She folded our laundry, changed the sheets and cleaned the dishes. In addition to all of that, she was a wonderful resource. My entire family enjoyed the patio overlooking Sandy Groud - we gathered there every morning for coffee and breakfast. We worked out in the gym, played ping pong and pool. Exceptional place for a multi-generation family vacation. A pampered experience! We will return!

The place is truly wonderful, peaceful and the views of the beach, mountains and sunset are amazing. The rooms are luxurious and very clean. The pool is heated and the terrace is large and a wonderful place to relax and watch the sunset. Sherri and her team are just pleasant and wonderful.

This is our second time at Rose’s place and we love it. Quiet location, pristine cleanliness, and beautiful grounds/pool. We do wish though that the hot tub was working properly. It would never fully heat up like it did the first time we visited.

We had our most wonderful stay yet at Villa Amor. Everything was perfect - we can’t wait for our next visit. Rose is the BEST and the pride she takes in Villa Amor is obvious everywhere you look. This is such a special place to our family, thank you so, so much for sharing it with us.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious - the view is breathtaking. The pool is lovely after a day at the beach:)

What a great place to stay! The property is spacious and clean with all amenities. Plenty of towels to use and a washer/dryer and full kitchen, which was very appreciated. The pool and deck overlooking Island Harbour provided a relaxing place to hang out or watch the sunset. It was private and safe. There are restaurants within walking distance and a store just up the street. Rose herself was amazing. Communicative and quick to respond, with help and recommendations. Looking forward to staying here on our next visit to AXA.

From the time we were picked up at Blowing Point to our moment of departure from paradise, we felt at home in the Villa. We were welcomed with a fruit platter, water and cokes in the fridge, as well as cold towels to help us cool off and adjust to the heat! The villa was spotless and had everything you could need to feel right at home. Location was great, making it quick and easy to get to our favorite restaurants and beaches!
