The atmosphere is wonderful, we felt at home from the first time we entered the residence.We had no problem during our stay and we didn't miss any appliances. Jessica was extremely kind and attentive,throughout the stay, removing all possible doubts and contributing with local indications. We'll be back for sure.

I definitely recommend it and will be back. Airy, clean and smelling rooms, the very comfortable mattresses and air-conditioning in operation. A complete kitchen with clean and new utensils! Good lighting. Nice leisure area, with chairs, umbrella and the clean pool. Grill area with all the utensils and a beautiful brewery. Not to mention Rosangela's attention for whats!! I highly recommend it!

We were delighted with the house! Everything exactly as in the pictures, actually better. The house is totally ground floor, which was perfect for our family — without steps, with adequate protection and toys that made the children happy; The atmosphere is very quiet, ideal for resting and enjoying with quiet. The house is very cozy, clean and organized. The location is excellent, close to all the shops, and it is on a very quiet and peaceful street. It has the essential kitchen items, bedding, etc. We were with children and had a wonderful experience. Marlon is a wonderful host, very polite and always willing to help. I highly recommend it! I was in São Pedro-SP at the residence of Mr. João and I were very well received by the hostess Jaqueline. I went with my husband and two-year-old son and we were very happy with what we found. The house is exactly as advertised: spacious, comfortable, cozy and very well equipped as if we were in our own home. During the days, I used the kitchen a lot to prepare our meals and found everything I needed. I thought the house was very well located too, close to the supermarket and pharmacies. We were in a car, so that also made it easier for us to get around. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful, perfect for those seeking rest and calm. I definitely recommend it and will return on other occasions!

We spent 7 days in the house, which is very cozy. Quiet place, close to the highway and 6 km from downtown Socorro. We were greeted by Carmem and her husband with coffee and cookies, they were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I recommend it and we will definitely be back on our next vacation.

It was days of rest, we went in a group of 4 couples. Independent rooms, chalets-style. Pleasant, organized common area with necessary items in the kitchen. Garden and well-kept swimming-pool. The villagers were educated and helpful all the time. It is a place to rest, recover energy and relax. We hope we have another opportunity to return.
