A beautiful property located conveniently close to restaurants and beaches. The space was very neat and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and responsive throughout. Highly recommended.

The caretaker of the Villa Mr Parmeshwar and his wife were very Quick to respond to our requests.They really give good service regarding food, Breakfast, menus they prepared were quite excellent….Thank you

We were a family of 14 and stayed at this old Portuguese village and it was an awesome experience. The 5 rooms were big and spacious, the pool is also big enough for all to jump inntogether. There are multiple places lile dinning area, Living area and the open sit out near the pool where we all could hangout. Break Fast and food that was cooked (we are Veg) was excellent and all the care takers and chef were happy to do what we asked for, also the Barbecue on the first day was excellent. Location of the villa is amazing with Shops, Restaurants and Nice party joints at 5-10min diatance. over all Angel was a great host to an Amazing Property.

Our group of 10 had more than enough space in the home, making it a perfect choice for our stay. Kiran, the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed. The breakfast variety he offered was great and was absolutely delicious each morning. The beds were comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. The property is ideally located near all the popular spots, which made exploring the area very convenient. Additionally, there's a scooter rental shop just outside the property, which was a huge bonus for easy transportation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return in the future.

Shubhada’s place was exactly as shown in the pictures. Neat and tidy. Private parking space. Easily accessible to all the major party hubs in north goa. Felt right at home. Will surely book this place next time i am here.

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Stayed at the beautifully designed sea view villa beautiful decor.. With an amazing party terrace overlooking the ocean, had perfect sundowner with my family here The villa staff was attentive n prepared an excellent breakfast as per our choice.. The host took care of everything during our stay they hv concierge service which recommended n booked resturants n party place for us.. Place was as pretty as the pictures were. The caretaker were helpful and always available. Felt just at home with very comfy stay. recommend this place to people looking for staycation. The road leading to villa is quite small and bumpy rest location is near to all the major spots in North Goa.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

Best 6 BHK villa experience in goa , we stayed there for 4 nights . I must say the property is even better than pics which are already out of the world. Has a nice pool. The rooms are out of the world . Nice living area dining area . They provide u a Chef, and u can let them know what u wish to eat and u will be served amazing food by chef sumit . The staff is courteous, and always Greet u with a smile.The caretaker is the best person and was on toes till the time we stayed there. Best team at the villa . Great Villa to stay near to Baga. Not much traffic around the place. Walkable distance to Baga. Amazing host. We had a helper (Noor) available all times just a phone call away. Noor helped us with food, water etc. Very well mannered host and helpers. Always respected privacy.

This was my second time stay with Ritwik's Villa and was as amazing as my first stay. Stay is so kind and professional 😊 Faby was so punctual and kept everything in tact for my family. excellent cleaning staff Special thanks to Akshat and Raveena for coordinating with me throughout my travel and also allowing my little pet to stay at the listing. A gem of an AirBnB with the best hosts and caretakers - Really enjoyed the stay. The house is beautiful, well lit, comfy and spacious. The swings indoors, the beautiful pool, and the greenery was stunning. Also felt like it was a very safe and private gated community. Loved the stay, perfect trip!

Wonderful property, beautifully appointed and lavishly kitted out, with all the things one needs - and more Lots of attention to detail, even the little things in all areas. Everything was much like the photographs show them to be. We were impressed also, by the excellent caretaking team, who along with the host, Mr Deepak, were very responsive and cooperative, at all times. Absolutely Amazing Experience! We had an incredible time at this villa! A group of 11 of us checked in to celebrate a 40th birthday, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive, taking care of even the smallest details. The location is fantastic—just a 10-minute drive to all the happening places. But honestly, the villa itself is even more beautiful than the pictures! A special thanks to Ashok- the caretaker, and Aunty for their warmth and hospitality. The food they prepared was so delicious that we skipped an outdoor lunch just to enjoy another meal at the villa! Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a wonderful stay at this property. The place looked exactly like the photos. Sakshi and the property manager, Akhilesh, were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Daily cleaning was provided upon request, and the service was consistently excellent. The pool was great and clean as well. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Panav is a great host super helpful, always available and very generous! He sent us lovely breakfasts , suggested great nearby places to visit! The helpers were very good and always available making sure we had a comfortable stay. The airbnb has a lovely ambiance , cute, cozy and private! If you visit north Goa we highly recommend this airbnb!

The bestest best place I have stayed in so far. The villa is soo pretty so beautiful and everything inside felt so peaceful and calm. the neat bedspreads, the clean washrooms, the big swimming pool, the spacious sitouts evrything is a 10/10. I should also not forget about the caretaker Mahendra bhaiya, the best caretaker, very friendly, very helpful at any time. RITUuuu your villa is the bestttt. loads of love and support to you. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. next time again when I am in goa with friends and family this would be my stay. ❤️
