It is one house from the white sand and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico with a private beach access. The beach in this area is more private. This home is also one street over from a shopping area with restaurants, post office, bank, bars, and shopping. It has a beautiful yard and fenced back yard. Enjoy your evenings in the outdoor living area with friends and family around the fire pit.

Come stay at our beautiful beach house in Anna Maria, Florida! Located just a few hundred feet from the beach on Maple Avenue, you can easily walk to the Gulf for a day of family fun on the white sand beaches. The house is also walking or biking distance to center of Anna Maria with great restaurants. Please Note: We want to respect our neighbors. This is not a party house. We have a six person and three car maximum. Please reach out for exceptions. If not, you will be asked to leave.

The front yard is thirty steps from one of the most pristine beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. The house is located on a quiet residential street near the north end of the island. The front porch is a great place to watch the sunset. The house is clean, comfortable and well appointed. We welcome well behaved dogs and have a fully fenced yard for your pup to play.
