Very good welcome, we were very well received, the apartment is very well located and very pleasant, we were advised on all the tourist activities of the surroundings, and made us feel at ease from our arrival. The kitchen is functional, I was finally able to make small dishes, and the balcony overlooks the pretty square of Seraidi ❤️ The apartment is completely independent, in a beautiful building. My mom and I enjoyed our stay. Fully equipped apartment with amazing sea view on the 5th floor. Perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and easy to join via phone. Easy check in and checkout, very flexible host. The only thing is that the elevator is not working. Overall, i highly recommend this place, it's Perfectly located and it's a safe neighborhood.

although the check-in was late but that was only because they didn't know we were coming as it was booked on the same day, they were a great host and they were very helpful with everything related to our stay, they even reccommended for us some good restaurants. overall the stay was good and they were very accommodating

The apartment, there's nothing to say clean room well tidy there is nothing missing the air conditioning the living room the kitchen the bathroom everything is complete can be completed at your place there is everything there is so much that you feel at home or more it doesn't look like we at Tarek you go home you go out like home.Tarek is kind, when we call it he answers him right away he answers all our questions . Excellent stay in Annaba with an idyllic setting between the forest and the sea, far from the noise of the city and at the same time very close to the beaches. very responsive host always available. the house is very spacious, clean, super well equipped, two bathrooms, very spacious and well equipped kitchen, a large terrace, clean bedding. I will definitely come back and I can only recommend it.

We stayed in Nazim's apartment from May 25 to 30, 2025 and do not regret it. Very clean, bright, spacious apartment, with all the amenities, we did not miss anything, the apartment is very well located, in front of the Chapuis beach on the Corniche, a magnificent view of the beach from the large balcony, and the splendid sunrise. Very secure residence with 2 pleasant caretakers, guarded parking day and night where I was able to park the rental car, everything is in accordance with the listing. Nazim is pleasant and responds immediately to messages which made my stay pleasant. I have booked apartments on Annaba several times and Nazim's is the best, I found my home away from home on Annaba. Many thanks to Mehdi, I had a great stay in his apartment, a beautiful apartment with modern and well-chosen decor, the place is very quiet with a panoramic view and not overlooked, even the neighbors are nice, a secure location, the apartment is clean, the bed is comfortable, air conditioning in each room, lacks some things in the kitchen for cooking enthusiasts (a blender, a mixer arm etc.) but there is everything for people who want to do simple things, even spices are available. I recommend this apartment and I will come back inshallah
