It has a roof terrace with views of the Atlas Mountains, a terrace equipped on the ground floor with a private heated pool of 8 m x 4 m (extra €40/day from November 15 to March 15). All on a 5000 m2 lot. A caretaker is present on the property and a pool cleaner cleans the pool twice a week in winter and every day in summer.
