Holiday rentals with lake access in Annapolis

The place was absolutely beautiful. The location was great as well - quiet and right on the waterfront. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We had 6 people for a weekend retreat and this was a fantastic house and location for us. the host was super communacitive and easy/friendly to work with. We'll go back for sure next time we need a retreat space that is quiet, private and affordable.

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST! Nina was so kind and threw in a few decorations because it was my wedding day which was so incredibly sweet. Everything was clean and ready to use and the house is a great space. Nina was so so quick to respond. I wish I could give this place 6 stars!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The place was spotless and very well maintained, and we felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. There were plenty of activities to enjoy as a family, and we created some unforgettable memories here. The host was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had, which made everything even more enjoyable. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, and the sunset views were nothing short of magical. We would love to come back again!

We stayed in this house for our son's Naval Academy graduation/commissioning. It was absolutely perfect for our group. The drive across the bay bridge took anywhere from 35-45 minutes depending on the traffic. At no time was the traffic as bad as we've experienced it on the DC side of Annapolis. We crossed the bridge 1-2 times a day during our 7 day stay. As soon as you get to the island and head south there is no traffic and it's a beautiful, peaceful drive. The house is perfect for entertaining with two large rooms inside on the main floor. There is a large island in the kitchen room which makes for a great serving area. It rained during about half of our visit so we made good use of the space indoors. Our children used the fishing poles, kayak, soccer nets, ping pong and fooseball table. Negin was very responsive in answering our questions and even worked it out so we could check in early. We would definitely stay there again if we had the chance.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location and setup was perfect for our multi generational family gathering. The level of detail and thought that was put into the amenities and setup was exceptional. The recommendations provided made planning our trip so easy. The kids (toddler to preteen) had a ton to do when the weather interrupted planned outdoor activities. The views were impressive. Marc was responsive when any questions came up. We all hope to return!

Our stay was very lovely. Great neighborhood and host! Christy was super accommodating and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was more than we two travelers needed. Will definitely stay here again in Fells Point.

WOW! My family and I cannot say enough great things about Jeanne's Airbnb already planning our next trip! First off the property is an oasis in itself with a massive deck overlooking the inlets of Chesapeake Bay we woke up every morning to a beautiful blue heron eating breakfast right on the dock, having access to kayaks to explore the waterways was a huge bonus too, not to mention the gazebo with a fire pit we enjoyed roasting marshmallows and talking about the days adventures as a family. The inside of the Airbnb is extremely well thought out with every amenitie that anyone could ever ask for, from a well stocked and equiped kitchen, to the king size master bed with luxurious soft linenes, to the heated fan that greets you after a perfect water pressure shower. Seriously, this place is perfect a hidden gem for sure with easy access to so many wonderful Maryland attractions. Can't say enough great things about this experience and Airbnb can't wait to return!

Let me start off by saying that my Husband and I had an absolutely AMAZING time staying at Hussain's place! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectation. The communication with Hussain was always smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and were given a tour of the property. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with a Starbucks, Smoothie King, Nail Spa, and Organic food store, all nearby. In the neighborhood, there were several hiking trails. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Hussain and his property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

Fantastic getaway, perfect for a couples trip! Kathleen’s attention to detail was unlike any other Airbnb host I’ve experienced - from a stocked fridge, binder of recommendations, bathroom essentials, and more - she truly thought of everything! We would absolutely stay again. The home was spotless and the small beach in the neighborhood is lovely to spend a sunny day outside!

To be honest all the reviews about it being to loud isn’t tru it was quiet to me and clean I was comfortable there it’s was lots of space for my kiddo to run around in as well Ernest and his wife are very kind people would stay there agin I have nothing bad to say at all oh and the neighborhood is super quiet love that to

We loved our stay at the cottage. Everything was clean and well maintained inside and out. We especially loved the gorgeous surroundings. The property was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed daily swims in the pool and time at the dock. Robert was a wonderful host and made everything very clear and easy as well as was easy to communicate with. We couldn't have asked for a better get away. Chestertown is adorable and fun to check out. We hope to return in the future.

I chose this home for the week of US Naval Academy Graduation. Annapolis was cost prohibitive, especially since I wanted a waterfront property. Tiffany was very helpful to me in figuring out if this property had the right number of beds and she was responsive during our stay. I loved being right on the water, with access to their dock. The home is very bright, lots of windows and decks, and with great view of the water. We stayed for a week in late May and it was a strangely cold, rainy and windy May. But, I still got out on the water with my own kayak and we sat outside whenever we could. The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs - the master with a king and a large walkin closet and bathroom. Then, a huge bedroom with 2 queens and a tiny attached room with a twin bed. Those 2 rooms shared the second upstairs bathroom. The room was so big that we comfortably used a blow up mattress on the floor rather than having a bunch of us sharing the double beds. downstairs the bedroom is a double

We absolutely love Loon Cottage! It was our second Memorial Day trip to the cottage and it’s so special. We love the decor and they had wonderful toys and games for our 5 and 2 year olds to play with. The outdoor area is also so magical for golden hour bbqs and our city kids loved running around. Location is close to lovely Easton and all that the Eastern Shore has to offer. Thank you for a great stay, we’ll be back!

Beautiful setting. Very cozy house that was well appointed with everything that we needed for a longer stay. I was able to cook full meals in the kitchen with ease and my husband grilled one night. Other than that, there are local restaurants to enjoy as well. During the day my boys had fun fishing and being out on the water and the sunsets over the lake was definitely worth sticking around for. Unfortunately I had to work during the majority of our stay but I was able to do that seamlessly with the desk and reliable internet connection. Overall we had a great time at Miss Kitty’s Place and would love to stay there again someday.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this airbnb! My partner and I can for a relaxing weekend away and this place definitely delivered! the cottage was adorable and just as pictured, and the location was perfect! we spent much of our time in the lovely shared yard space, watching the sunset, barbecuing, and sitting by the fire, and we took out a canoe for hours on the water - such a nice perk that these were provided! the hosts were so welcoming and always eager to help! I would love to come stay again
