The building is close, literally next to the Laiki Agora, on the main street of the city and close to the river and to all the nightlife of Florina. There is no elevator.

The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.
