Holiday houses in Ano Volimes

The hospitality was out of this world. We arrived quite late in the evening, but were still greeted with a warm smile. Never felt more welcome! The villa was very clean and spacious and the fridge was full of drinks and foods on arrival. The neighbourhood was very calm and cozy too. Thank you very much to Antreas and his family, we would definitely recommend this accomodation to anyone who wants to visit Zakynthos.

Nick’s place was so great. It’s in a small village away from the tourist area if you are looking for something like this. Nick was very helpful, he even offered us a free day because there was a strike of the ferry crew and we couldn’t arrive in the day we had planned. He was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. The house was clean and had more than enough to live a nice week there. The view is amazing and the quiet there was what we needed. I absolutely loved it! Also there is a restaurant in the village “kaminaki” with a lovely man, very nice and with very good food!

The stay at the villa was really great. Everything was great from start to finish. The villa is very well maintained, new and beautiful. It was all very clean from the pool to the kitchen and to the bedrooms and toilets. The complete villa was spotless. The only negative thing that didn't fit is that the location of the villa is not so great. You are in the middle of a village and there are hardly any supermarkets or restaurants nearby. We had trouble finding something here, but otherwise everything really worked out. If possible, I would definitely book this villa again and definitely recommend it.

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. We had a wonderful stay at the tiny house! The attention to detail on how the house is built and decorated is impeccable. On top of that, all the essentials are provided such as oil, pepper & salt, washing pods for dishwasher and washing machine, the host even provided some period pads (!), etc. The view is breathtaking and very private, the Askos Stone Park is right in front of the house so you’re really immersed into Zakynthos’ nature. This place is a hidden gem and really worth booking.

We had the most amazing experience staying at this villa in Zakynthos. The property itself was immaculate – beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Everything about the villa was perfect and exceeded our expectations. What truly made the stay exceptional were the hosts, Arthur and Luis. They were so helpful, welcoming, and kind. Arthur went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed – nothing was too much trouble. One morning, they even surprised us with breakfast, which was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. The hospitality, the stunning villa, and the overall experience were unforgettable. We felt completely at home and taken care of. We’ll 100% be coming back and recommending this place to everyone we know. Thank you, Arthur and Luis, for everything!

Beautiful, rustic cottage with a very big garden that provides privacy and peace. The cottage is even nicer than in the photos. You can walk to the sea in a moment in a swimsuit and return to the cottage for something at any time. The stone descent to the sea is safe. 5 minutes from the cottage there is a beautiful, small beach hidden among rocky cliffs (you have to go through the seaside beach bar). It is surprisingly close to restaurants and shops. Mary answers very quickly to all the stupidest questions and requests :) It was a very nice stay

I honestly don’t even know where to begin — our stay was absolutely perfect thanks to our incredible host! From the moment we booked, he went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless for us. He organized our villa transfers at amazing rates, helped us arrange private chefs, and was always just a message away for anything we needed. Not only was everything taken care of with so much attention and care, but he was also such a warm and genuine person to be around — we truly felt so comfortable and well looked after. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having the best experience possible. He made us feel so special and made our trip to Zakynthos even more unforgettable. 💕 I cannot recommend this villa (and this host!) enough — if you’re looking for the perfect stay with the most thoughtful host, this is it.
