Comfortable ground floor 2-room flat (34 m2) with terrace in flowered garden, a 3-mn walk from the nice little beach of Anse Caritan. Air-conditioned bedroom , desk, a living-room, real kitchen, terrace where you can have your meals accompanied by birdsong, Wifi, washing-machine. The village 600m far offers all amenities (shops, post office, restaurants). Several beaches around, all different, including the beach of Les Salines, nautical activities, hiking. Bienvenue dans notre appartement " Ti Bonheur " pour 6/8 pers. Il se situe dans une résidence familiale avec piscine partagée offrant une vue magnifique à 180° sur la mer des caraïbes, la baie du Marin, le rocher du Diamant .... Elle se situe à 5 min à pied du bourg de Saint Anne, son marché tous les matins avec ses fruits, légumes du pays, épices ..., 1 boulangerie, boutiques de souvenirs et ses restaurants! A 10 minutes en voiture d'une des plus belles plages de Martinique "Les Salines".

Ce charmant studio vous accueille sur la commune de Sainte-Anne au sud de la Martinique. Situé au sein d'une résidence arborée et fleurie, tout équipé au 1er étage dans une résidence à 3 min à pied de la plage et 10 min à pied du bourg de Ste Anne. Lovely apartment, completely renovated, in the secure Melody residence, with numbered parking space and swimming pool.
