Holiday rentals with beach access in Anse Caritan

You'll love living at Cédric's. The studio is beautiful, with beautiful large bedrooms, a well ventilated living space (feel like living outside) The massage chair is 5 stars after our days of great hikes. The really interesting little pool of water we took advantage of it. We were lucky enough to share a rum drink and coconut juice with our hosts. Cédric responds quickly to messages which we enjoyed. I will rent this studio again without hesitation

Our stay went wonderfully well! The view from our terrace was superb, and the beach was just a few steps from our accommodation. We also appreciated all the little extras made available to us: cooler bag, beach towels, mask and snorkel, inflatable mattress with pump — all of which proved to be very practical during the week. The bakery close by was a real plus: we went there almost every morning for our croissants, chocolates and fresh sandwiches. A memorable stay, thank you again!

apartment as advertised, the owner came to wait for us at the airport to give us the keys. We enjoyed the location close to the municipality of STE ANNE and the very beautiful beach well shaded. We had a very good exchange with her mom who gave us good advice and especially fresh fruit. Good bedding , air conditioning and fan very nice . Perfect for two people. Wake up in the morning pleasant on the terrace and full of birds but still hungry. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

A pleasant stay in Martinique at this property. Martinique is beautiful and full of things to do. We thought the space was bigger. Unfortunately, humidity doesn't allow a good smell at times. Also, I think the hygiene of the space can be improved. Very responsive hosts, home located at the bottom of the island (take that into consideration), but the decor is very nice!

Great apartment in good location. The amenities are very good, you can tell that Jacqueline likes to cook, because in the kitchen there was everything we need for cooking. The great terrace, the faucet outside (for washing out the diving equipment very good), vacuum cleaner, broom, laundry rack with clothespins, sink, everything available👍. Jacqueline also filled the fridge before we arrived and brought us delicious bites and bananas from her garden. We can definitely recommend it! If someone lives in the apartment above and party on the terrace upstairs, that is very disturbing!

We had a little difficulty finding the location due to a misinterpretation of the information provided by me. A small detail that was easily resolved. When we rent remotely and from photos, the question we ask ourselves is whether it will meet our expectations when we arrive. Well, we confirm, no unpleasant surprises upon our arrival. Nice welcome from Ghislaine and Richard as well as a good relationship throughout our stay. So, no worries to experience this location and enjoy what Martinique offers us. We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Marie's villa! Special mention for the magnificent view of the Trois Ilets bay. The villa is very well equipped and the configuration around the view and the pool allows you to truly enjoy the outdoors. Anne-Marie provided us with very clear explanations for access and check-in and the team responsible for the reception was very professional and friendly.

This place is wonderful! The view is breathtaking and the way everything is configured is perfect to take advantage of that view. The outdoor area completes perfectly the indoor space, and the shutters that open right to the patio make it 1000x better! The house has everything you need, including a fully functional kitchen with top notch appliances. We had such a great time. We will be back!

Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. The view of the ocean is a major asset it is a peaceful, quiet place where we can enjoy it. I highly recommend this listing

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

This place was just like the photos. Beautiful quiet location overlooking the ocean with a short trail to the water. Evan met us when we arrived and gave us good recommendations for food and activities. There is even a double sit on top kayak to kayak a short distance to an island. The hammock was wonderful too!

Excellent!! The welcome is more than perfect, you are welcomed with a lot of attention and lots of gifts. Chantale is also at your disposal if needed. The apartment is very good, a stone's throw from the beach and two steps from the village! A garden with all the accessories for you to rest and even have a barbecue!! Everything is great! Bravo

When we arrived, we were greeted by Jocelyne and her husband. They showed us around the apartment and its surroundings. There were 4 of us ( 2 adults, 2 children, one under 2). We had a pleasant stay in this relaxing place We'll be back

The accommodation is very well located, with well-served roads, which means that we were able to explore a large part of the island. We were able to park the car in front of the house. We had a wonderful stay at Sandra and Luca's place! They are welcoming hosts, responsive and attentive to our well-being. The accommodation is very comfortable and well appointed, the view from the terrace is superb. It is conveniently located, it avoids traffic jams for the North and South, which are easily accessible. Many good restaurants in town are within walking distance, a pleasure not to have to take the car at all. Private beach access and pool are also two big plus! Nothing to say, we can only recommend.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . The accommodation is perfectly located and secured thanks to a security barrier to have access to the estate. Easy access pool and welcome after a day in the sun. 880 meters from the Diamond Beach which seemed to us the most fun. With 1 meter waves perfect for fun. Our stay was intended to bike beautiful and safe place despite the first impressions of the behavior of motorists. There Martinique is very hilly with changes to more than 15% but good pleasure in practicing our sport. In closing, I recommend all couples to have a great experience in a beautiful location.
